The rising population of our country and the gradual and deep urbanization construction not only bring the problems that can not be ignored to the people's living environment,but also bring great pressure to the urban transportation of our country.Therefore,China's major cities are actively seeking measures to expand urban space.Since the establishment of the first subway line in China in the late 1960 s,subway construction throughout the country has been in full swing by 2020,and now underground rail transit or subway construction can not be separated from shield machine,so shield construction is the most widely used construction method in China.Taking Xinfadi Station ? Caoqiao Station of Beijing Metro Line 19 as the main engineering background,this paper selects the main section of Fengyuquan Gas Station of Sinopec as the research project.The main research content is to sort out and analyze the existing and gas station area similar field settlement monitoring data,then use FLAC3 D numerical simulation software to build the existing monitoring data section of the numerical simulation and excavation,and then carry out numerical simulation and excavation,the results of the numerical simulation and the existing field monitoring data are compared synthetically,If the reliability of the FLAC3 D numerical model is insufficient,the relevant modeling parameters are adjusted to simulate again until the excavation results of the established numerical model are consistent with the actual monitoringdata.In the second step,using the established numerical model,the formation parameters and other variables of Fengyuquan gas station are added to the model.Then different shield double-line excavation interval schemes are used to simulate the gas station area,and the simulation results of different excavation intervals are compared with the settlement monitoring control standard.Finally,according to the numerical simulation results of different shield double line excavation interval and the monitoring control standard,select the appropriate construction scheme,and compare the actual construction site settlement monitoring data with the corresponding numerical simulation results to further verify the reliability of numerical simulation to predict the surface settlement of shield double line through the gas station with FLAC3 D software.
