With the acceleration of the localization process of underwater production system,the equipment performance of domestic system is particularly important.Therefore,it is necessary to design a test device which can simulate the underwater production equipment equivalently.The function and performance test of the underwater control system is the key procedure to ensure the stability of the underwater production system.The underwater production system and the offshore control and energy system are usually connected by dozens or even hundreds of kilometers of underwater umbilical cables.The underwater umbilical is the "nerve and lifeline" between the upper power supply hydraulic system and the underwater manifold,SCM and other equipment.Umbilical cord is large in size,net weight,high in cost and high in price.Moreover,it is very difficult to test the underwater control system on land with underwater umbilical cable,and it is impossible to test dozens or even hundreds of kilometers of umbilical cable on land.If an equivalent device can be developed to simulate the electrical transmission characteristics and hydraulic transmission characteristics of underwater umbilical,and the equivalent device can be directly used to test the function and performance of underwater production control system on land,the cost and difficulty of detection will be greatly reduced.The research of this paper is of great significance to the underwater oil production and the test of underwater production system.In this paper,the power transmission characteristics and hydraulic characteristics of underwater umbilical are analyzed.The electric transmission module and the hydraulic transmission module of the underwater umbilical are modeled and the equivalent characteristics are analyzed.Finally,the physical model of the underwater umbilical equivalent simulation device is established.Based on the theory of hydro electric equivalence,the hydraulic resistance,capacitance and inductance in hydraulics are proposed with reference to the resistance,capacitance and inductance in electricity,and the equivalent modeling of1-30 km underwater umbilical cable is carried out.In this paper,Multisim Simulation software is used to analyze the typical π type and T type in 1km unit,so as to obtain the best equivalent physical model of underwater umbilical cable when the improved π type equivalent circuit has better equivalent effect.A 1-30 km equivalent circuit is constructed by using the best equivalent model.Multisim and Simulink simulation software are used to verify the equivalent circuit from simulation and physical model.The voltage drop and power carrier characteristics of the umbilical equivalent simulation device under different working voltages are compared to verify the reliability of the simulation modeling.In this paper,the liquid resistance,liquid sense and liquid capacity of underwater umbilical are simulated by slender tube,hydraulic motor,flywheel and accumulator,and the equivalent simulation models of high pressure 10000psi,low pressure 5000PSI and oil return5000PSI are established.Simulation X simulation software is used to analyze the equivalent simulation device of 30km underwater umbilical cable,test the charging and泄压characteristics of hydraulic module,operate a single valve,operate two valves continuously,switch SCSSV characteristics and pressure relief characteristics.Finally,the equivalent simulation device of umbilical cable is built,and the above electric transmission characteristics and liquid transmission characteristics are tested.
