The most important part of the coal cutter cutting coal and rock is the part of the cutting part of the shearer.In the process of cutting,the cutter contacts directly with coal and rock mass,which is the most easily invalid part of shearer work.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the reliability and dynamics of the cutter part of shearer.In cutting coal and rock,different working conditions have obvious differences on the loss of the pick.The traditional way to study the pick is to let the pick cut at the same cutting depth,and to study the force and reliability of the pick.But in the actual working process of the pick,the coal and rock cut by the cutting path of the pick.Depth is also changing from shallow to deep and then to shallow.In view of this characteristic,this paper presents a new simulation method to make the cutting route of the pick change from shallow to deep and then to shallow.On this basis,the reliability and dynamics of the process of cutting coal and rock by the shearer's pick are analyzed.Firstly,the related theory of cutting coal and rock by pick is introduced.The structural characteristics,physical and mechanical properties and failure forms of coal and rock are studied.The types and common materials of pick are understood.The cutting mechanism of pick-type pick is studied emphatically,and the cutting performance of pick-type pick is analyzed.Important factors:the characteristics of the pick itself and the influence of the cutting process,mainly include the wear of the tip of the pick,the angle of the pick cutting coal and rock,and the initial depth of the pick cutting coal and rock.Secondly,aiming at the characteristics of complex working environment,randomness of cutting process and difficulty in field experiment of shearer,ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element simulation software is used to analyze the process of cutting depth changing from shallow to deep,and the three-dimensional force on the simulated pick is analyzed..Then,in order to study the influence of different cutting factors on the force of the pick,the simulation schemes of different initial cutting depth and different cutting angle are adopted,and the results are analyzed in the amplitude,time and frequency domains of the three-dimensional force on the pick.Finally,considering that a large number of sample data are needed for the reliability analysis of the pick stiffness,a large number of test sample data are generated to fit the functional relationship between different parameters and the maximum stress of the pick by combining the Isight test design with the finite element dynamic analysis results.Next,the mathematical expression of the above function relationship is obtained by using BP neural network technology,and then the reliability limit state equation is established.Then,the stiffness reliability of the pick and the sensitivity values of random variables are solved by the perturbation method,which provides a reference for the selection of the pick and the selection of parameters.
