With the continuous development of society and economy,the number of vehicles owned by people continues to increase and the urban transportation business continues to expand.This has led to a rapid increase in the amount of urban traffic data,and urban traffic has moved into the era of big data and smart transportation.The traditional traffic road system cannot meet the requirements for the processing speed of the ever-increasing amount of data.However,with the continuous development and improvement of big data frameworks,new big data frameworks such as Spark have made new breakthroughs and developments in the distributed offline storage and real-time data processing of road traffic data.Based on this,this paper designs a GIS-based real-time The road monitoring system is used to better serve the city's smart transportation industry.This article first introduces the current research status of road traffic at home and abroad,and also introduces the existing problems in road traffic.At the same time,in this context,the overall framework of the system,the selected technologies and the expected results are designed accordingly,and the advantages of GIS in spatial analysis and spatial visualization are integrated and expanded with Spark to supplement the entire system.In the design of the system,the system design architecture is mainly divided into two parts: the big data platform architecture and the front-end and back-end architecture.The data obtained by the big data platform through the buckle of the road surveillance camera is sent to the back-end server in a specific log format,and then the collected vehicle data is divided into two parts through log collection tools such as Flume,and one part is imported into the data warehouse for long-term Distributed storage is then performed offline analysis,the other part is imported into the real-time processing platform for real-time processing,and the processing results are imported into Mysql or Redis database.In the front-end architecture,the system consists of two parts,one part is responsible for the two-dimensional display of GIS maps,which includes functions such as heat map and query display,and the other part uses Echart charts to display problems such as real-time updates of top N on the most congested roads.Finally,the system functions are actually displayed,and the expected results are compared and evaluated.The system basically fulfills the design requirements,and provides good display and decision analysis functions for the users.Finally,the system can be expanded and improved.
