The thermoelectric effect measuring device of rocks and minerals is an important instrument for measuring thermoelectric properties of minerals.The principle of its design is thermoelectric effect.The thermoelectric coefficient can be calculated by measuring the parameters required by the thermoelectric effect formula.The thermoelectric coefficient measured by the device plays an important role in the study of rock properties and geological evolution.It can provide the basis for the study of geological and ore physical properties through the properties of samples.The purpose of this design is to use the principle of thermoelectric effect to design a portable thermoelectric effect measuring device with certain accuracy,easy operation and can adapt to the complex terrain environment in the field.On this basis,the corresponding host computer software is written to receive,control,display and store the measured data.This article from the circuit design,software code implementation,PC software,functional testing four aspects.The circuit design mainly realizes the acquisition of thermoelectric EMF and temperature parameters.Thermoelectric EMF is collected by differential signal,and the necessary interference signal elimination and effective signal amplification are carried out before it is collected by the main control.The temperature is collected by the sensor DS18B20 and the constant temperature high frequency welding platform control of Chuang Shi.The device uses msp430f5529 to control each module and communicate with the host computer.The upper computer software is developed by using C # language and WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation)developed on Visual Studio platform.The upper computer software uses dynamic data display plug-in to display the status information,and receives,displays and stores the status information of the measuring device through multi thread technology.The measurement device and the upper computer software can communicate through UART or Wi Fi.Through the mean square deviation to deal with the outliers,we can eliminate the data anomalies caused by accidents in the test process.The mechanical structure part is designed by Software Solidworks,and the space utilization of the measuring device can be maximized by the design and combination test of each module.After the development of thermoelectric effect measurement device and host computer software,the function test and comparative test are carried out.By testing several mineral samples and comparing with bhte-08 thermoelectric coefficient measuring instrument designed by Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,the results show that the measuring device can collect temperature and voltage,the upper computer software can display and store the collected data,and the data processing part can identify and remove the abnormal data.The accuracy of the data measured by the device can meet the requirements of the preliminary selection of mineral samples.In the use of the instrument,it is easy to operate,easy to carry and has strong environmental adaptability.The measurement device plays an important role in the study of rock and mineral properties in the actual measurement process.
