Traditionally, the use of energy in marine resources mainly focuses on the use of tidal energy, wave energy or offshore wind energy for power generation. The research on the ocean power generation mainly focuses on large-scale ocean power stations or high-power ocean power generation equipment. The main research of this subject is a miniaturized wave energy harvester and power supply system. The purpose is to provide electrical energy to monitoring equipment such as sonar buoys in the marine three-dimensional monitoring network, and to extend their working life by realizing autonomous power supply. This subject uses a moving-coil electromagnetic structure, the linear wave theory in the ocean, the forced vibration theory of the vibrator and the electromechanical conversion principle based on the law of electromagnetic induction to design, manufacture and test an experimental prototype of a moving-coil small wave energy harvester.Based on the ocean linear wave theory, vibrator forced vibration theory and Faraday electromagnetic induction theory, the electromagnetic conversion principle of the wave energy harvester is studied. And the dynamic model of the wave energy harvester is constructed based on the above theory. The factors affecting the induced voltage and output power in the simplified model is studied and analyzed.Use the finite-element software to perform the magnetic field simulation analysis on the moving-coil transduction structure in the wave energy harvester.By setting the structural parameters and physical field conditions in the electromagnetic transduction structure, the induced voltage of the coil is simulated and calculated, and the different parameters affecting the output induced voltage are studied and analyzed. The electric energy in the traditional energy harvester is unidirectional transmission.According to the application background of the subject, the improved power management circuit adopts a bidirectional transmission structure.By adding energy storage elements which are monitored and controlled to the circuit, keeping the output of the entire power management circuit stable is realized. The prototype of a moving-coil small wave energy harvester is designed and manufactured, and the output voltage and power of the prototype is tested. We assume that the frequency of the wave is 5Hz and the wave height is 15 mm.The maximum value of the output induced voltage can reach 6.16 V in the laboratory where the sea conditions are simulated and the maximum output power can reach 134.88 m W.And the test results are not much different from the results of the finite-element software simulation model, which lays a theoretical foundation for the miniaturization and integration of wave energy harvesters based on the moving-coil structure.
