Monitoring And Analysis Of Antibodies Against Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza In Domestic Fowl In Wushan County From 2018 To 2020

Highly pathogenic avian influenza is a virulent infectious disease.The World Organization for Animal Health lists them as animal diseases that must be reported,China is classified as a class one animal epidemic disease.It spreads rapidly and spreads widely,which seriously endangers the quality and safety of animal products and human health.If the prevention and control of avian influenza is not strict,the outbreak of avian influenza will cause huge economic losses to the poultry breeding industry and endanger public health security at the same time.At present,for the prevention and control of avian influenza in poultry,the country adopts compulsory immunization,and the effect after immunization,the need for sampling immune antibody detection,and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the quality of immunization.In order to fully grasp home avian influenza immunization effect,this study adopts the blood clot(HA)and hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test method for rising from 2018 to 2020,25 villages and towns(street),the highly pathogenic avian influenza H5 subtype,H7 subtypes of the antibody detection,and in accordance with the regulations of the state,the comprehensive analysis on the evaluation standard of evaluation,so as to provide reference for comprehensive rising highly pathogenic avian influenza prevention and control,ensure the county regional major animal epidemic disease and public health security incidents.The results are as follows:From 2018 to 2020,the average pass rate of H5 subtype immune antibodies in Wushan County was 84.22%,86.06% and 75.86%,respectively.The average pass rate of H7 immune antibodies in Wushan County was 82.54%,86.38% and 78.68%,respectively.The immune antibody of highly pathogenic avian influenza showed a more obvious decline in 2020.During the period of 2018-2020,the immune antibodies of townships(streets)are unqualified every year.In addition,the average qualification rate of H5 subtype in large-scale poultry farms and free-range poultry farms in 2018-2020 was 89.64% and 83.49%,respectively;From 2018 to 2020,the average pass rate of large-scale farms was 88.65%,and that of free-range farmers was 81.45%.The pass rate of antibodies in large-scale farms was significantly higher than that of free-range farmers.On the whole,from 2018 to 2020,the overall pass rate of avian influenza in Wushan county exceeded the national standard(pass rate 70%),indicating that the compulsory immunization effect of avian influenza in Wushan County was good on the whole,and it had a certain ability to resist the avian influenza virus,and the prevention and control work of avian influenza had achieved certain results.County from 2018 to 2019 avian immune antibody qualified rate steadily rising trend,appeared a certain degree of decline in 2020(the first half of 2020 monitoring only Chun Fang immunity levels),and lead to risk prevention and control increased,this may be because the first half of 2020 the nation suffered new outbreaks,grassroots veterinary staff is less,the township government and the personnel transfer,will focus on the transfer,and the vaccine during the period of separation and so on prevention and control of epidemic situation material delivery is blocked,causing avian flu compulsory immunization work not smooth,not solid,the immune effect is declining.Although overall wushan bird flu antibody level in nearly three years qualified higher than the standards prescribed by the state,but there is also a part of the villages and towns,part area,scale farms antibody qualified rate is lower than the national standard,especially the range of antibody levels significantly lower than the scale,and even individual area,the phenomenon of the antibody titer of 0,combined with the bird flu epidemic situation at home and abroad in recent years,home sends out the risk of bird flu is still there.Therefore,various departments and the broad masses of farmers to improve understanding,attaches great importance to the bird flu prevention and control work,to increase investment,strengthen epidemic prevention power at the grassroots level to enhance the publicity on training,timely check,to enhance the level of epidemic prevention,effectively reduce the risk prevention and control,ensure bird flu perennial antibody concentration at a higher level,ensure no county regional major animal disease and public health security incidents.
