Lakes play an important role in maintaining regional ecological and environmental safety. For the change of environmental parameters, the composition, energy flow and material flow of benthic community are extremely sensitive in the lake environment. In order to identify the main environmental impact factors of benthic invertebrate community and the trophic transfer behavior of emerging pollutants for benthic food web,Baiyangdian were selected as the study area.In 2009 and 2018,the lake was subdivided into 8 typical areas, and water, sediments, plankton and benthic organisms samples were collected simultaneously.Using carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes analysis method, the temporal and spatial differentiation of the energy flow for the benthic invertebrate community was studied, and the main environmental impact factors was identified.Furthermore, quinolones antibiotics(QNs)as an typical emerging pollutants, the trophic transfer behavior and the key influencing factors of QNs in the benthic food web was investigated. The results of this study were:1)In 2009,the main environmental influencing factors for the composition of benthic invertebrate community were water depth(WD)and p H;while in 2018,the key environmental influencing factor was total phosphorus(TPs)in the sediments. From 2009 to 2018,the main environmental impacting factors(from TNs to WD,TN,TP,NO3-,TNs,etc.)of the diversity index for benthic community changed;2)In terms of the energy flow for consumer community,?13C was negatively correlated with total phosphorus(TP),TCs,total sediment nitrogen(TNs),total organic carbon(TOCs),and TPs;while the?15N value was positively correlated with TP,TCs,TNs,TOCs and TPs;3)For the trophic transfer behavior of QNs in benthic food web,the trophic magnification factors(TMFs)values of Flumequine(FLU),Enrofloxacin(ENR),Norfloxacin(NOR)and Ofloxacin(Ofloxacin,OFL)ranged from 0.84 to 1.10;thereinto,ENR and NOR appeared trophic magnification, while FLU and OFL appeared trophic dilution. In addition, the Bioconcentration factor(BCFs)or Bioaccumulation factors(BAFs),Biota sediment accumulation factor(BSAFs)of QNs were significantly correlated with environmental factors(p H and NO3--Ns,etc)...
