Corynespora cassiicola is an important plant phytopathogenic fungus that infects a variety of economic crops in tropical and subtropical regions,which can be harmful for plants in different growing period-s.In this paper,the population diversity of different hosts and different geographical sources in China were studied by this three aspects:phenotypic characteristics of pathogens,pathogenicity differentiation and molecular phylogenetic analysis.The main results are as follows:According to the analysis of the cross interaction of C.cassiicola in different hosts and the pathogenicity determination of four different varieties rubber,the results showed that the C.cassiicola phytopathogenic fungus has different pathogenic types,its pathogenicity type was related to the host,irrespective of geographical origin,this provides a powerful reference for the pathogenicity differentiation of the C.cassiicola.According to the result of gene phylogeny analysis,the 127 C.cassiicola strains are divided into 3 major genetic groups,and the genetic groups were closely related to pathogenic type and pathogenic host.The genetic group 1 mainly consisted of C.cassiicola from rubber,and the group II and ? mainly consisted of C.cassiicola from furit and vegetables.The strain that has the same host and different geographical sources is distributed in different genetic groups,it is independent of geographical origin.Increasing the cassiicolin gene of 287 strains by PCR technology,223 strains were Cas5 subtype,12 were Cas2 subtype and the remaining samples are useless.Upload sequence to get login number,A genetic barcodes database containing 235 strains was constructed.
