Conjugated polymers are widely used in regulation of biomolecules or small molecule due to their good biocompatibility and fluorescence amplification.In this paper,we have designed a variety of materials with photothermal conversion ability by taking the advantages of conjugated polymer and graphene oxide(GO),and studied its application in DNA-protein interaction regulation and carbon dioxide(CO2)adsorption.The main research contents include:1.A new method for photothermal detection and regulation of DNA-protein interactions was designed by using a composite system of GO and conjugated polymers.Under the irradition of near-infrared light(NIR),GO can cause increase in the temperature of the solution and denaturation of ds DNA while quenching the fluorescence of fluorescein-labeled DNA.The fluorescence energy resonance transfer(FRET)effect between the water-soluble conjugated polymer(PFP)and the DNA greatly increase the sensitivity of the assay.After the addition of single-stranded binding protein(SSBP),ss DNA binds to SSBP that lead to recovery of FRET.This method effectively regulated the interaction of DNA-SSBP and detected fluorescence changes by simply using NIR light.2.A new pyrrolopyrroledione(DPP)conjugated polymer material(PDPP-Gu)that has a photothermal effect to control the release of CO2 was designed and synthesized.PDPP-Gu is composed with strong electron donor-acceptor units in the molecular structure,which results in strong light absorption ability near 800 nm.Therefore,the polymer exhibit excellent photothermal conversion ability and high photothermal conversion efficiency.Moreover,PDPP-Gu has a higher surface energy with a structure of guanidyl,which makes this polymer a good selective adsorbent for CO2.The adsorption capacity reaches 0.8mmol/g at 273K 1 bar.The polymer has the dual characteristics of CO2 adsorption and photothermal conversion.It can dynamically control the adsorption and release of CO2 by NIR irradition,which shows the excellent application prospect of DPP conjugated polymer in CO2 adsorption.
