The loess tableland and loess hilly features are widely distributed in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River.In the region,geological disasters such as landslides,rockfalls and mud-flows,are induced in the form of rain and heavy rain have caused great damage and hidden dangers to people's property and life safety.Geological disasters in the loess area occur mostly during the rainy season,on the one hand,the special engineering geological properties of loess,such as the well-known wet trap and water sensitivity,often make the loess deformation and mechanical nature decrease after encountering water.On the other hand,the seepage of saturated soil under the influence of continuous rainfall,the erosion of slope by rainwater,the reduction of substation suction in unsaturated soil,the increase of landslide self-weight and many other factors.The formation of rainfall-induced hair slide is often dominated by a main factor and followed by the other multi-factor coupling,which also brings a lot of difficulties to the study of rainfall-induced landslide.In this paper,based on the engineering geological conditions of Xujiacun landslide and with rainfall as the main entry point,the mixed finite element discrete element method was adopted,which is different from previous studies.The advantages of Y-MAT program in simulating the deformation and failure process are utilized to carry out the generalized calculation model work of Xujiacun landslide and establish the numerical calculation model work.The y-MAT program is used to simulate and analyze the established model,and the sliding process of Xujiachun landslide is obtained under the conditions of no rainfall and rainfall.The results show that the composition and structure of the rock and soil mass are the main controlling factors for the occurrence of Xujiacun landslide,while rainfall weakens the parameters of the rock and soil mass,increases the weight of the rock and soil mass,and speeds up the development and evolution process of Xujiacun landslide.At the same time,as the main landslide body gradually slides down,and the trailing edge gradually rises precipitously into the sky,the landslide in the future will be manifested as the development and evolution mode of the trailing edge retreating type,which will be transformed from the sliding type to the traction type.
