During the construction of shield tunnel of urban subway,a large number of data have been formed by high frequency and long period of construction monitoring.In order to monitor construction quality and ensure construction safety,all kinds of monitoring data should be processed timely.How to quickly extract key information from a large number of monitoring data and use it for feedback and guidance of construction?management of informationalization is one of the means.The management of informationalization of monitoring data has become the key to the efficient access and fast analysis of all kinds of data.Therefore,the development of GIS based metro shield interval monitoring data management system can provide more standardized,scientific and information management means for urban construction.In order to realize the transformation of monitoring data into achievement data that can be used for analysis,the paper introduces in detail the steps and methods of data preprocessing of subway shield tunnels center point,the preprocessing of surface settlement data,and the steps and methods of surface settlement data analysis.Data storage management,select SQL Server design deformation monitoring database;Using Visual Studio as the development tool,the data processing subsystem and data storage management subsystem are designed for the calculation and access of various monitoring data.Combined with the secondary development function of Arc Engine,the 3d visualization subsystem of monitoring data was designed to realize the 3d display of all kinds of data and the visualization analysis of deformation rules.The results show that conduct data processing of subway shield tunnels center point,The shortest distance combined with quadrant division can be used to determine the plane curve elements,transition curve coordinate counter-calculation mileage,The curve length between The coordinates of any point correspond to the initial mileage point P1 and the coordinates correspond to the actual mileage point Pn is replaced by circular arc,The calculated mileage error is effectively controlled within 0.1mm.The establishment of monitoring database makes the storage and management of all kinds of data more standardized.The statistical process control method realized by programming has a good effect on analyzing the surface subsidence process,and can identify whether the subsidence is affected by system factors and judge whether the subsidence is stable.In terms of monitoring information visualization function,combined with engineering examples,the data of more than 800 ring shield tunnel segments,data of 600 surface monitoring points and corresponding city image map in the left and right lines of shield tunnel were displayed on the same 3D interface.It not only improves the efficiency of query and analysis of all kinds of deformation data in tunnel interval,but also makes the analysis result more scientific and reliable by means of intuitive and cooperative analysis of multi-source data.Therefore,the development of gis-based metro shield interval monitoring data management system and the completion of visual analysis of all kinds of data can help project managers quickly understand the key information in the monitoring data,which has certain significance and value in practical engineering applications.
