Based on the actual development background of intelligence,digitization,and high automation,the traditional offline processing method is no longer appropriate.Tobacco online laser drilling uses laser beam processing technology to realize the online drilling process of cigarettes,so as to reduce the tar content of cigarette,increase the permeability of cigarettes and the purpose of controlling the smoking resistance of cigarettes.Based on the basic principle of the online cigarette punching system of cigarettes,this paper gives two influencing factors that influence the effect of laser punching.Based on these influencing factors,the theoretical comparison and analysis of the control system implementation under open-loop and closed-loop conditions are performed.At the same time,a reasonable control method is selected based on the actual production.The laser drilling characteristics are analyzed and three main influencing parameters affecting the laser drilling molding effect are given.The three-dimensional defocus model is used to fit the ventilation that meets the actual needs of the production.The degree value provides theoretical reference and reference for subsequent parameter adaptation.In response to the current gap in the domestic market of online cigarette punching equipment for cigarettes,this paper adopts a dual-processor control scheme,combining ARM processor technology and CPLD logic control technology,to solve the problem of accuracy and stability of punching at high speeds.Based on the actual production conditions,an equalization idea is proposed to facilitate the positioning of the perforation angle of the cigarette.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of high-precision laser drilling under high-speed conditions,an equivalent substitution idea is proposed to ensure the consistency of the final punching result and use the experimental method and drawing method to reasonably demonstrate the idea.The pre-waveform simulation of the system under different simulation states of single pulse,multi-pulse and continuous pulse is used to lay the foundation for the smooth operation of the subsequent systemThe experimental punching results show that the dual-processor control scheme can theoretically achieve online laser punching,and at the same time,it proves the rationality and superiority of the equivalent substitution idea.The research work of this paper has certain practical application value for the control of the online punching system under high-speed conditions.
