With the maturity of light and atom-related technologies,Rydberg atoms have shown strong advantages in quantum optics, quantum information,Bose-Einstein condensate,ultra-cold plasma, and interaction. Many researchers have turned their attention to the Rydberg Atom.We found that the Talbot effect has a wide range of applications in information encoding, optical imaging and other devices. When other media replace light waves, its effects also appear. Therefore,we try to carry out related research on the Rydberg atom and Talbot effect under ultra-cold conditions. We have studied the nonlinear transmission spectrum of the giant ladder four-level Rydberg atomic system. We also studied the effect of temperature on the system. We use the Lorentz distribution function to study the influence of the Doppler effect on the transmission spectrum of the detection field. The results show that under the condition of electromagnetically induced transparency, the transmittance of the outgoing detection field at the transparent window is related to the intensity of the incident detection field. The asymmetric transmission spectrum can be obtained by changing the detuning amount of the strong field. When the propagation direction of the light field of the system is inconsistent, the influence of the Doppler effect on the system can be eliminated. In the study of the Talbot effect, using Rydberg atoms as the medium,a scheme of electromagnetically induced Talbot effect under two energy level structures was proposed. The influence of many factors on the Talbot effect was studied in the plan. The results show that the greater the intensity of the detection field in the three-level Rydberg atomic system at resonance, the smaller the amplitude of the grating. In the four-level Rydberg atomic system, the intensity of the detection field has less influence on the system.By changing the amount of detuning,a grating that is different from resonance can be obtained.
