| The reliability allocation process can be described as the process of assigning reliability requirements to various components in the system to achieve the specified system reliability.In this paper,the reliability of complex equipment dependent system with multi-source uncertain information is studied.This kind of research may have the following difficulties: the reliability distribution of the same component in the dependent system of complex equipment may include probability number,fuzzy number,interval value fuzzy number and grey number,etc.There is an obvious and complex correlation between the important parameters.When the Copula function family is used to describe the reliability of complex equipment dependent system,the relevant degree parameter is unknown.In view of the above research problems,this paper constructs a reliability allocation model of complex equipment dependent system under the background of multi-source uncertain information.The specific work includes:(1)In this paper,the reliability important parameters of components of complex equipment dependent system have the characteristics of multi-source uncertainty,and the representative form of generalized grey number is introduced to uniformly represent the evaluation value of each important parameter of components,and the consistent effect measurement model of generalized grey number is proposed.(2)In this paper,the important parameter of complex equipment dependent system reliability distribution exist obvious correlation,in order to eliminate the influence of the important parameter correlation of evaluation index weight,this article constructed and improved regulation of generalized grey number variables,principal component analysis(pca),and then designs the generalized covariance model of grey number,and set up the regulation of improved principal component variables component evaluation index weight model,removing the traditional problems quadratic weighted principal component weighting function.(3)This article designs the general grey model of the target,combined with the complex equipment components evaluation index weights,the design of weighted Euclidean distance,generalized grey target distance to target is constructed based on improved principal component evaluation index weight regulating variable generalized grey target decision model,calculated on the basis of generalized gray distribution of the items constituting the weights.(4)In this paper,the Gumbel Copula function was used to describe the reliability distribution function of the complex equipment system.Through the study,it was found that there was a qualitative relationship between the correlation degree parameters and the component failure distribution function,but the quantitative relationship was unknown.Therefore,this paper proposed to use the maximum likelihood model to establish the mapping function of the two.(5)After relevant degree parameters and component failure rate mapping function were known,the Gumbel Copula function based on component failure distribution function was constructed in this paper.Combined with generalized grey weight allocation of components,the reliability allocation planning model of complex equipment dependent system was constructed,and MATLAB was used to solve the final failure rate allocation results of components. |
