Based On The Improved Factor Analysis Model The Empirical Analysis And Research On Yili's Economic Gap

In recent years,with the promulgation of national preferential policies and the strengthening of the government's support for the poor,the infrastructure of Yili Prefecture has been greatly improved and the economic level has also been significantly improved under the joint efforts of the whole prefecture people.However,due to the vast area of Yili Prefecture,there are 25 counties(cities),such as Yining City,Kuitun City,Yining County,etc.,each county(city)has a large gap in the process of economic development,which affects the balanced economic development of Yili Prefecture.Because on the one hand,various counties(cities)in the development of economy is superior to inferior,in economic development advantages of the county(city)more able to attract talent,capital and other resources for the economic development of aggregation,the disadvantage of the county(city)in development of economy can't attract talent,capital and other resources,economic development will ultimately lead to various counties(city)economic development gap is more and more big;On the other hand,the imbalance among counties(cities)in the process of economic development will lead to the population loss of counties(cities)at a disadvantage of economic development,which will seriously affect the social development of the county(city)and directly affect the social stability and ethnic unity of the counties(cities)in Yili Prefecture.How to give full play to the superior resources of each county(city)in Yili Prefecture under the new situation,balance the gap between each county(city)in economic development,and realize the overall economic benefit maximization,is an important problem to be solved in Yili Prefecture at present.In this paper,using the traditional factor analysis model and the entropy value method of factor analysis model of yili prefecture 25 county(city)for scientific research,economic development by selecting 25 yili prefecture,2018 counties(city)area GDP(ten thousand yuan),animal husbandry,fishery output(ten thousand yuan),and other economic development representative sample of 11 indicators,The improved factor analysis model is used to make factor analysis on the economic development strength of each county(city),and according to the comprehensive score of the factor analysis of each county(city),with the help of statistical professional software to make cluster analysis,point out the reasons for the gap and imbalance of economic development of each county(city),and then give the corresponding policy reference.Finally,it can provide a scientific basis for the economic development of Yili Prefecture and the formulation of relevant economic policies and development strategies by the Party committee and government of Yili Prefecture.
