Proteus mirabilis cause human and animal disease problems in recent years gradually serious,the economic loss caused to the cow aquaculture gradually increase,so to understand xinjiang region intensive to zap the calf singular proteus infection rate and drug resistance and virulence,this experiment from the fields of xinjiang to zap collected 631 cattle anal swab,before using liquid medium enrichment,isolation and purification of selective medium,morphological identification,biochemical identification,molecular biology identification method to determine the singular proteus infection rates.The drug resistance of these strains was studied by means of drug sensitivity test,PCR amplification of drug-resistant genes,PCR detection of class I,II,III integrons and positive carrying rate of drug-resistant gene boxes,and PCR amplification of virulence genes were used to study the pathogenicity of these strains.(1)51 strains of Proteus singular were isolated from 638 anal swabs collected from some cattle farms in southern and northern Xinjiang by means of liquid medium pre-inoculation,selective medium isolation and purification,morphological identification,biochemical identification and molecular biological identification.(2)multiple joint resistance of proteus strains is very serious,for a variety of penicillin,doxycycline,midecamycin,methyl slime molds,more indications for the koala,clindamycin joint of various strains of multiple drug resistance can be directly reached 100%,for a variety of cephalosporins he totally,gentamycin,butylamine card that sensitive,resistant rate is only 10% to20%.(3)The carrying rate of drug resistance gene CTX-M,TEM,SHV,QNRA,QNRB,QNRB,QNRS,and AACIB of 51 Proteus singular strains was 45.1%,13.7%,21.6%,9.8%,0%,27.4%,and 39.2%,respectively.(4)51 strains singular proteus strains of type I integron positive carry average rate of 72.55%,ii class integron positive carry average rate of 50.98%,the strain of I,ii class integron,26 strains,the average positive rate was 50.99%,the class I integron strains of bacteria resistant gene box 25 strains,ii class integron strains of bacteria resistant gene box eight strains,carrying the drug resistance of the resistance gene and drug susceptibility results characterization are basically identical.(5)The positive carrying rate of urec,MRP,UCAA,RSBA,PMFA,ATFA,ATFC and Zapa were 45.09%,2.0%,0%,0%,31.4%,31.4%,72.5%and92.2% respectively.Strains isolated from what has been discussed above,obvious changes have taken place in resistant characteristics,when to zap singular proteus infection,can choose cephalosporins,quinolone and aminoglycoside and other drug treatment,integron carried drug-resistant genes similar to resistant phenotype,can be used as a new method for detecting proteus resistance.Pathogenicity is closely related to virulence factor.
