Genome-wide association analysis(GWAS)is an effective method for studying human genetic diseases.Association analysis can identify gene loci related to complex genetic diseases.Since the gene locus is ultra-high-dimensional data, the traditional variable selection method is no longer applicable. This article uses the ISIS screening method to reduce the ultra-high-dimensional gene locus to high-dimensionality,and then uses the SCAD variable selection method to analyze the reduced-dimensional high wiki For further screening of the locus, the relevant pathogenic gene locus was finally obtained. In addition,in genetic association studies, the genetic model of the genetic determinants of traits is not always certain. In fact,it is usually impossible to know the true model of inheritance in advance.Incorrect specification of the genetic model will result in a reduction in power consumption. In this paper,in the genome-wide association analysis, considering the uncertainty of the genetic model,on the basis of previous studies, the three genetic models of genes are innovatively introduced into the regression equation to minimize the statistical power instability caused by the unknown genetic model.Performance.Under this model, the two-step screening method for pathogenic genes based on the ISIS screening method and the SCAD variable selection method proposed in this paper. The analysis and comparison of these two-stage screening methods can accurately screen the loci of related pathogenic genes, and The simulation accuracy of the SIS method and the ISIS method are compared. Finally, using computer simulation, the simulation results found that the method does have a certain effect on the screening of disease-causing genes.
