The abundance of Li,Be,B is one of the most interesting issues in astrophysics,such as the big Bang nucleosynthesis and the evolution of stars.The burning temperature of Li,Be,B is 2-5×106 K(9Be:T?3.5×106 K,7Li:T?2.5×106 K,B:T?5.0×106 K).Measuring the abundance of Li,Be,B can provide strong evidence to distinguish between homogeneous and inhomogeneous theoretical models and to better understand their mechanisms of consumption in stars.As the burning temperature of Li,Be,B at astrophysical environment is below the coulomb barrirer,thus fusion reaction cross section is one of the key input parameters for astrophysical studies.However,the incident particles can only enter the target core by the tunneling effect,which makes direct measurement of the cross section extremely difficult.Commonly,the cross section?(E)is converted into astrophysical S(E)factor,which varies smoothly with the incident energy,and cross section information at the Gamow energy region can be obtained by extrapolating the S(E)factor.Based on our previous work of d-d,p/d-6Li/7Li and p-9Be reactions,and literature research for the d-9Be reactions,we found that almost all the direct measurement data in the low energy region cannot be unified and with high uncertainty.Furthermore,direct measurement data below100 ke V have not been reported as so far.Based on the above reasons,and to clarify the difference data reported in the literature as well as obtain the ultra-low energy data.In this paper,direct measurements of the d-9Be reactions at Ep=60-100 ke V were carried out at the nuclear Research Institute of Tohoku University.The reaction energy spectra of the 9Be(d,p1)10Be*,9Be(d,?2)7Li*,9Be(d,t)8Be,9Be(d,?1)7Li*,9Be(d,p0)10Be,9Be(d,?0)7Li reactions were measured by accelerating d paticles bombarding on the solid Be targets.The present work focus on the 9Be(d,p0)10Be and 9Be(d,p1)10Be*reactions.The thick target yields(20 energy points)of the 9Be(d,p0)10Be and 9Be(d,p1)10Be*reactions were obtained and analyzed by a full R-matrix theory,further the bare S(E)factor was obtained.To sum up,this paper can obtain the following results:1)The astrophysical S(E)factors of the 9Be(d,p0)10Be and 9Be(d,p1)10Be*reactions in the energy range from 60 to 100 ke V are reported for the first time.2)Through a full R-matrix analysis,there may be exist an 11B excitation level(J?=1/2-)at15.916 Me V.
