With the rapid development of modern electronic technology,space is full of electromagnetic waves,low intensity electromagnetic radiation is not cause much impact on the human body,if the human body long-term exposure to high intensity electromagnetic radiation will affect human health,such as the development of children's intelligence,human immunity,circulation system,metabolism and reproductive function will also be affected.GOD inhibit the accumulation of mycotoxins in the body,improve immunity and help in digestion and detox.At the same time,glucose oxidase also has important applications in biosensor and glucose detection.This paper explores the electrical properties of glucose oxidase and mixed solutions with glucose in electric and magnetic field environments.The main studies are as follows:(1)The conductivity of the measurement frequency and complex dielectric constant of the glucose oxidase solution at different temperatures,and the conductivity and complex dielectric constant of the mixed solution with the measurement frequency at different temperatures were measured;(2)studied the relationship between the conductivity and complex dielectric constant and concentration of the glucose oxidase solution,the conductivity and concentration of the mixed solution,and the rotation angle and concentration of the glucose oxidase solution and the mixed solution;(3)studied the relationship between the electrical conductivity and the complex dielectric constant and the measurement frequency of the glucose oxidase solutions and mixed solutions under the action of the magnetic field;(4)studied the influence of magnetic field strength on the conductivity,complex dielectric constant and spin angle of glucose oxidase solutions and mixed solutions;(5)studied the relationship between electrical conductivity and complex dielectric constant and measurement frequency of glucose oxidase solution and mixed solution under the action of electric field;(6)the effects of the electric field strength on the conductivity and permittivity of the glucose oxidase and the mixed solution were studied.Experexperiments found,In the range of 20 Hz to 10 MHz,As the test frequency increases,Increased conductivity of the glucose oxidase solution and the mixed solution,Both the real and virtual parts of the complex dielectric constant decrease with frequency;As the temperature rises,Increasing conductivity and dimittivity of glucose oxidase and mixed solutions;The conductivity and dielectric constant of the glucose oxidase solution are linear with the concentration,The conductivity and dielectric constant of the mixed solution increase with the concentration,The range of growth has gradually decreased;After the magnetic field processing,Solution conductivity and complex dielectric constant increase compared with untreated solutions;As the magnetic field strength increases,The conductivity,the dielectric constant and the rotation angle of the solution all increase;After the electric field treatment,The conductivity and dimittivity of the glucose oxidase solution and mixed solution were increased compared with the original solution.Therefore,the study of the electrical properties of enzymes is of great significance to human health,medical diagnosis,medical research,food preservation and other aspects.
