With the improvement of the level of economic development,China’s urbanization development has entered a critical period, followed by an increasing number of urban problems. In the new era, urban development needs to integrate high-density land use, change the way of single spread, and then turn to the accurate spatial potential mining, revitalize the transfer. This shows that high-quality spatial stock mining is very important,in which the main contents of the stock space are the quantitative identification of urban functional areas, the spatial distribution of urban functions, and the level of urban land intensive use. From these perspectives to examine the current situation of the city, that is,to understand the type distribution of urban functional areas, urban internal spatial structure, urban function development intensity,to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions for urban function planning, and to promote the diversified development of urban spatial pattern is the primary goal at present.Under the background of open Internet data, the mining technology of geographic big data rich in semantic information provides a broader prospect for quantitative research of urban space.Based on the POI data of Dalian in 2012 and 2020,this study explores the changes of urban spatial pattern in the past eight years from three aspects: quantitative identification and spatiotemporal evolution of urban functional areas, spatial feature identification and spatiotemporal evolution of urban functional areas, spatial intensity and mixing degree identification and spatiotemporal evolution of urban functional areas.Firstly,in the process of quantitative identification of urban functional areas, the problem of spatial scale is fully considered.Taking multi-level grid and block as the basic unit of calculation, the FD vector and Cr vector model are used to divide and determine the urban functional areas, and the spatial-temporal evolution of Dalian urban functional areas in 2012 and 2020 is identified and analyzed.Secondly,in the process of studying the spatial pattern characteristics of urban functional areas, from multiple perspectives, this paper uses the nuclear density analysis method to explore the development pattern characteristics and boundary expansion scope of the POI point data of six functional types in 2012 and 2020,including residential, commercial, public service, industrial, leisure and entertainment, and transportation;and uses the average center analysis method to explore the Po of six functional types The spatial distribution of POI data of six functional types in two-dimensional space is explored by using standard deviation ellipse analysis method. Finally,in the process of identifying the intensity and mix degree of urban functional areas, taking multi-level grid and blocks as the basic unit of calculation, this paper uses the location entropy index to analyze the regional concentration degree of each functional area element type in 2012 and 2020,and uses the spatial information entropy model to quantitatively describe the urban function mix degree of Dalian in 2012 and 2020,and to evaluate the perfection degree of its function development.According to the results of the study, the influence of different factors on the mixed intensity of urban functions is explored. From 2012 to 2020,the temporal and spatial changes of urban function evolution in Dalian reflect the regional characteristics of urban spatial pattern, such as differentiation and self-organization,which reflects the historical development of Dalian and reveals the change rules of urban function spatial pattern in the process of urban development. It is hoped that the urban planners can fully understand the historical development form and the current situation of Dalian City, and provide necessary reference and reasonable suggestions for the future urban planning and design.
