Human activities change the way of land use,thereby causing the disturbance of ecosystem biodiversity and carbon storage function,which in turn triggers direct or indirect impacts on regional ecological and economic development.With the rapid development of economy and society,the dynamic process of land use under the disturbance of human activities has become the main driving force for changes in the effects of various global ecosystems.In the context of country's promotion of the construction of ecological civilization,based on the temporal and spatial characteristics of land use to explore the dynamic changes of ecological effects in the region,and then clarify the internal mechanism of ecological protection and economic development in the region.This paper takes Jiangxi Province as the research area and collects long-term series of Landsat remote sensing image data to obtain land use changes in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2018.Based on the InVEST model,a dual-module ecological effect assessment model of biodiversity and carbon storage was constructed.From the four perspectives of habitat quality,habitat scarcity,and carbon storage,the ecological effect changes in Jiangxi Province from 2000 to 2018 are sorted out,and then through statistical methods such as factor superposition,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the comprehensive zoning of the ecosystem effect in Jiangxi Province is obtained.And quantitatively reveal the response mechanism of ecosystem effects to land use changes in the region.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2018,cultivated land and forest land were the main land use types in Jiangxi Province,accounting for an average of 87%.Significant changes in land use and cover are manifested in the increase in the area of construction land,waters,and woodland;the decrease in the area of cultivated land,woodland,and unused land,among which the unused land has the largest dynamics of land use,and the comprehensive dynamics of land use between 2015 and 2018 highest.The trend of non-agricultural transfer of land use is prominent.The shift from cultivated land to forest land and construction land not only has the highest degree of change in area.The transfer of land types among the three also has obvious advantages.(2)The overall level of biodiversity in Jiangxi Province is relatively high.The habitat quality is good,and the area of high-grade habitat quality accounts for about 60%.From 2000 to 2018,the overall habitat quality of the province has increased by 0.00226.The scarcity of habitat has not changed much.The internal adjustment of land patches is relatively low.Carbon storage was reduced by 0.09×10~8 t,a decrease of 0.49%.(3)The distribution of biodiversity and carbon storage service functions in Jiangxi Province has a relatively large spatial consistency.Areas with strong service functions account for 60%of the area,mainly distributed in Mufu Mountain,Jiuling Mountain,Luoxiao Mountain,Dayuling,Yushan,Wuyi Mountain and Jiulian Mountain;areas with general service functions account for about 33%,distributed radially outwards with the Poyang Lake Plain and the Weilu area of Ganfu as the center.(4)Changes in land use types have significant impacts on the service functions of the two ecosystems,biodiversity and carbon storage,and are the direct driving factors for changes.Among them,woodland have a significant impact on both,and they are the main carriers of biodiversity and carbon storage in Jiangxi Province.
