Cyanobacterium is a self-treated prokaryotic organism with photosynthetic oxygen,which has a wide variety of distribution and is an important impact factor of the atmospheric environment and water environment on the earth.At present,there is a large number of blue algae research works of literature published in academic journals at home and abroad.However,due to a wide variety of blue algae,the information is more difficult to study the hotspots of cyanobacteria.Therefore,using Python programming can excavate the current hot research information,combined with document metering software,and analyze the research trend of cyanobacteria can predict future blue algae research direction.And further excavation of the research of hot blue algae species has Microcystis,Synechocystis Synechococcus,etc.,with a variety of species,species social network relationship,species center,etc.Analysis,reading-related research literature,eventually selected the Synechococcus PCC7002 as a research object in the excavated species result,combined with biological experiment methods to observe its phenotypic change,growth status,The accumulation of biomass,the main findings are as follows:(1)A total of 20761 articles were searched in the Pub Med database and CNKI database from 2011 to 2020,including 15349 in English and5412 in Chinese.Using Citespace,Python,and other tools to analyze the national cooperative network relationship,the results show that the current research on cyanobacteria in the United States is more in-depth,the center is the highest.In recent years,the research on cyanobacteria in China is gradually in-depth,ranking second,in the first echelon level.Statistical research institutions show that the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Louis University,and other institutions have published a large number of papers on cyanobacteria,and have done more in-depth research on cyanobacteria;a statistical analysis has been made on the number of articles published by authors and journals;combined with species,word clouds,subject words,and other results,it is found that cyanobacteria bloom,phycotoxin,eutrophication,metabolic engineering,and biofuel have been the hot spots of cyanobacteria research at home and abroad in the past ten years.(2)The "species" of all cyanobacteria was downloaded from the Taxonomy database,and the frequency of cyanobacteria species in each English literature abstract was calculated,and the high-frequency species were obtained.The results show that the main species of cyanobacteria studied at present are "Microcystis","Synechocystis","Synechococcus" and so on.(3)the changes of photosynthetic growth phenotype,growth curve,and biomass accumulation of Synechococcus PCC7002 were measured in air,1% CO2 concentration,and 2% CO2 concentration.The results showed that under the concentration of 2% CO2,250 ? mol photons-2N -2,37 ?,the growth status of Synechococcus PCC7002 was significantly higher than that of 1% CO2.The algae growing under the natural conditions in the observation room grew slowly and yellowed after 40 days.
