During the exploitation and transportation of offshore oil and gas, there are serious pipeline leaks and oil spills, the leaked oil and gas resources cause serious environmental pollution and economic losses on the sea surface. To solve the problem of oil spill on the sea surface, one of the effective methods is to use porous materials to adsorb and recover the oil spill.Solid particles in the oil spill also have a great influence on the adsorption effect. The adsorption process involves oil-water-solid three-phase flow, therefore, the study of multi-phase flow process in porous media is of great significance. In order to study the adsorption characteristics of porous structure equipment on sea surface oil spill better, this paper uses the Shan-Chen pseudo-potential model and the immersed boundary method(IBM)of lattice Boltzmann method(LBM)to simulate the effect of oil-water two-phase flow in porous media under pressure boundary and the influence of moving particles on flow characteristics.Oil-water twophase flow and oil-water-solid three-phase flow in porous media are studied respectively.A stochastic porous media channel is constructed and the oil-water two-phase flow in the channel under pressure boundary is simulated by Shan-Chen pseudo-potential model. As the porosity increases, the larger the oil phase flow rate at the exit section of the porous medium, the more oil phase is adsorbed.According to the calculation method of static contact angle, the relationship between contact angle and wall wettability is studied. The influence of different contact angles on the flow characteristics of oil-water two-phase is analyzed. When the wall surface is lipophilic, the porous medium has a better adsorption effect on the oil phase.Reducing the contact angle makes the wall surface strong oleophilic, which is conducive to oil adsorption analysis.Shan-Chen pseudo-potential model and immersed boundary method(IBM)are used to simulate the particle motion, and the effect of moving particles on the oil-water two-phase flow characteristics in the porous medium is studied. When the particles are located inside the porous medium, the oil-water two-phase flow process is greatly affected. For different particle sizes, adjusting the porosity of porous structure can effectively reduce the content of solid particles.Appropriately increase the lipophilicity of the wall, the oil flow rate is increased, which is conducive to obtaining more oil phase.According to the actual porous structure equipment, the calculation model is simplified.Aiming at the influence of solid particles on fluid flow, combined with Shan-Chen pseudopotential model and immersed boundary method(IBM),the characteristics of sea surface oil spill adsorption are studied. And the influence of moving particles on the adsorption characteristics of oil spill is emphatically analyzed. The influence of moving particles on oil spill adsorption characteristics is analyzed emphatically.Increasing the porosity can obtain more oil spill, which is conducive to the adsorption and desorption of oil spill.Increasing the lipophilicity of the wall is beneficial to improving the adsorption efficiency of oil spill, but when the lipophilicity of the wall is too strong, the solid particles will be adsorbed with the oil spill, which will have a negative impact on the adsorption of oil spill.
