Taking the Putaohua oil formation of Xingliu District in Xingshugang Oil field as an example, the shunt channel sand body developed in the shallow water delta sedimentary system of the study area has the characteristics of thin thickness, complex lateral variation and vertical superposition.Under the guidance of the theory and method of seismic sedimentology, combined with the existing rich core and well logging data, the study of seismic sedimentology is carried out to reveal the characteristics of sediment distribution and evolution of the target layer, and to guide the adjustment of development measures.Taking the sedimentary evolution law of rock core and logging data as foundation, guided by the principle of sequence stratigraphy, combined with time-frequency analysis technology, the Putaohua oil formation in the study area is divided into 2 long-term cycles,8medium-term cycles, and 18 A short-term cycle. On the basis of geological horizon calibration and seismic horizon interpretation,an isochronous stratigraphic framework of the target interval is established. In the background of regional sedimentation, starting from the core well, the core observation and logging data analysis is carried out to study the sedimentary characteristics of the target interval.Under the guidance of single well facies analysis and connected well facies analysis, the Putaohua oil formation in the study area is identified as shallow water delta sedimentary system and is divided into three sedimentary subfacies types: shallow water delta plain, shallow water delta front and front shallow water delta.Seismic sedimentology of the Putaohua oil formation in the study area was carried out under the guidance of sedimentary mode and the constraint of isochronous stratigraphic framework.Using the 90 degree phase conversion technology to overcome the disadvantage of the zero-phase wavelet, the research distinguishes the narrow sand body such as the flow channel and the mat sand from the seismic reflection axis;the spectral decomposition technology is used to improve the resolution of thin sand body.,and it is considered that the60 Hz tuned frequency seismic data has good applicability;the stratum slice technology is used to describe the shape and boundary of the distributary channel, and reveal the distribution of sand body in the target interval;comprehensively utilizing seismic attributes, stratum slices, and test data in production to finely characterize the dam sand body, reveal the boundary and shape of the dam sand body at each stage, and determine the development position of the point dam. Finally, under the guidance of sedimentary model, the micro-phase distribution characteristics and sedimentary evolution of the Putaohua oil formation in the study area were revealed.
