Esterase is a kind of enzyme which can catalyze both ester bond hydrolysis and ester bond synthesis.When catalyzing ester bond hydrolysis,the ester bond was broken and the product was alcohol and acid.When catalyzing ester bond synthesis,the car-boxyl group of the acid and the hydroxyl group of the alcohol are dehydrated and con-densed,and the product is esters and other aromatic substances esterase widely exists in animals,plants and microorganisms,but it is abundant in bacteria and fungi.Therefor microbial fermentation is the main source of esterase's product.Because the microor-ganism variety,breeding fast,has a wider role than plants and animals,p H,temperature and substrate specificity,and the advantages of convenient for industrial production,so the microorganism fermentation esterase got the attention of the researchers,and has the widely used in food processing,pharmaceutical chemicals,washing industry and environmental protection.In addition,the enzymatic reaction of esterase has high sub-strate specificity,regional selectivity or enantioselectivity.Esterase is a highly efficient biocatalyst for the synthesis of chiral compounds(such as chiral drugs,pesticides,etc.).In recent years,esterase from microbial fermentation has become a research hotspot.Therefore,this paper used a strain of Arthrobacter isolated from the gobi desert of xinjiang,molecular biology,genome sequencing and other technical means.Cloning of novel esterase genes,analysis and exploration of the application of the esterase genes,A strain of bacteria DX4 from gobi sandy soil along G30 national highway in aksu,Xinjiang,China,was obtained by isolation and identification of the bacteria.The bac-terial 16S r RNA gene sequence and standard bacteria 16S r RNA gene sequences with lower similarity,after multiphase classification methodology of research,DX4 bacteria can be determined for the Arthrobacter bacteria of the genus are new strains of bacteria,it named as Arthrobacter xinjiangensis DX4~T,preservation in typical culture preserva-tion center(CCTCC AB2018095)and Belgium of microbial culture collection center(LMG 30782).Through genome sequencing,it was found that after genome assembly,DX4 ge-nome size was 3.62M,GC content was 72.97%,and plasmid number was 0.In combi-nation with software Glimmer 3.02,gene prediction was conducted for bacterial DX4genome,and finally 3253 gene coding regions were identified in the genome.The av-erage length of coding region was 1005 bp,and the proportion of coding region was90.1%.52 t RNA sequences were found by t RNA-scan.Twelve r RNA sequences were predicted from the bacterial DX4 genome by RNAmmer.In the prediction of bacterial Arthrobacter xinjiangensis DX4~T genomic protein,2486 proteins had the classification number of COG.Among them,176 proteins with unknown functions were identified,suggesting that the bacterial Arthrobacter xin-jiangensis DX4~T genome is relatively novel.
