Valuable information is beneficial to people’s production and social stability.The spread of harmful information can cause people’s panic and social unrest.Rumor is a kind of harmful informa-tion,it is similar to the spread of disease,like the traditionalinfectious disease model,we can establish the information propagation model to discover the rule through the dynamic analysis of the information propagation model,and find out the transmission threshold and peak value of rumors,so that we can suppress them effectively.In this paper,we study two types of information propagation on complex networks,respective-ly,information propagation on online forums and rumor pairwise model with spreading age.The information on the forums is propagated through netizens’posting and replying mainly.The netizen can express their own views on the social affairs freely.Under the environment of big data,even the users who are not interested in the affairs will rejoin the discussion of the topics because of the derivation of the topics or the increase in postings and replyings.Based on the mechanism above,we build((6)((7)information propagation model with discussion mechanism.In the daily life,the rumor spread through dialogues between people chiefly,this is similar to the way of disease transmis-sion.In the process of disease transmission,the individual with different infection age has different recovery time,similarly,the rumor of long-term hot events,the individual’s recovery is also affected by the duration of rumor exposure.For that,we introduce the non-Markovian recovery process to establish therumor pairwise model with the spreading age.In Chapter one,we introduce the domestic and foreign research progress of information propa-gation,basic knowledge and concepts of complex networks and the main contents of this paper.In Chapter two,the SIaIbRS information propagation pairwise model with discussion mecha-nism on forum is established,the reproduction number of the model is obtained,the local asymptotic stability of rumor-free equilibrium and the existence and uniqueness of the boundary equilibrium point is proved.Finally,the numerical simulation is used to show the relationship between main-stream and non-mainstream communicators over time,and we study the influence of response rate on the number of communicators in network forums.In Chapter three,we establish the rumor model with the spreading age,the reproduction number of the approximate model is obtained.Finally,under three different recovery time distributions,we investigate the influence of shape parameters and spreading rate on rumor propagation process and the number of spreader by numerical simulation.Moreover,the effect of the different mean length of spreading periods on rumor spreading under the same recovery time distribution are studied.
