The mechanism of laser direct writing is focusing the high energy laser beam on the surface of the material,so that the material vaporizes instantly,forming holes,seams and grooves,or melting the raw powder to prepare 3D materials.Laser direct writing has the advantages of non-contact,high flexibility,fast processing speed,no noise,small thermal radiation area.Compared with other micromachining processes(such as chemical or vapor etching,traditional machining),it has obvious advantages of good machining quality and high precision.Therefore,this technology has a wide range of applications,including microstructure processing,surface wettability control,biomedical materials preparation and so on.Among them,laser direct writing is often used in polymer-based materials to achieve specific functionalization by changing the surface morphology or composition of the material.Based on the above research background,in this paper,CO2 laser direct writing is applied to the preparation of two polymer based functional materials,respectively:(1)Based on CO2 laser direct writing,a fluorescent array sensor chip was fabricated with a layer of polystyrene photonic crystal(PC)film.On one hand,the thermal effect of CO2 laser can produce local annealing and obtain high-resolution ring pattern;On the other hand,the wettability change of the PC surface can realize the water droplet confinement in the ring pattern.Then,combined with non-specific fluorescent probes and chemometrics,the recognition of nine metal ions was successfully realized.This work provides a new method and idea for the rapid preparation of patterned PCs and their array chips,which is of great significance in the fields of display,anti-counterfeiting,sensor and array detection.(2)Based on CO2 laser direct writing,on PF board and PI film,a kind of superhydrophobic interface material with stable properties and low cost was prepared.The preparation process is simple and easy to operate,and the superhydrophobic surface exhibits excellent weather resistance and self-cleaning properties.The processing method used in this work provide a new idea for the preparation of superhydrophobic materials,and it is of great significance to the application of superwetting surface materials in commercialization and industrialization.
