The Heihe River Basin is an important water source in Xi'an.The reasonable allocation of water resources is essential to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in the Heihe River Basin and even in Xi'an.However,in the study of water resources allocation schemes,people only consider whether there is a balance between water supply and demand.,While neglecting the question of whether the water system is connected between the water resource allocation and the users of various industries.Under this circumstance,this paper realizes the connectivity of the water system by constructing a visual digital water network.Under the premise of the water system connection,the research on the water resources allocation of the Heihe River Basin in Xi'an City is carried out based on the digital water network.Considering the connection of the water system before the allocation of water resources makes the allocation of water resources more practical and increases the reliability of the water resources allocation plan.With the introduction of the "digital earth" concept,the pace of digitization has been accelerating.As a technical support method,the digital water network has become more widely used.So,how to build a digital water network for complex water conservancy services such as water resources allocation,how to achieve water system connectivity based on the digital water network,and how to achieve dynamic configuration services based on the digital water network under the premise of water system connectivity?This is the problem to be discussed and solved in this article.The main research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Building a visual digital water network to achieve water system connectivity.Different from other digital water networks,this paper constructs a visual digital water network by establishes its correlation matrix.From the two aspects of water system physical connectivity and water system business connectivity,water sources and users Description of inter-water system connectivity.Through the componentization of business content,digital water network and business integration to achieve water system connectivity.(2)On the basis of the connection of the water system,the business application of water supply and demand balance analysis is realized through the digital water network.Starting from the two aspects of user water demand and water availability,predicting the balance of water supply and demand in different planning levels under 50%and 75%guarantee rates,and building a business application system for the analysis of water supply and demand balance in the Heihe River Basin.(3)On the basis of the connection of the water system,the commercial application of water resources allocation is realized through the digital water network.Taking society,economy,and ecology as the objective function,a multi-objective collaborative configuration model is established,and the model is solved to obtain the configuration plan under different guarantee rates in 2025 and 2030,and evaluate the configuration plan through the calculation method of coordination degree.In the configuration plan,there is some water shortage below the Heiheyukou.Two methods are adopted:water users to save water and water diversion from Han to Wei,and water diversion to Heihei water transfer proj ect to replace water supply to meet social and economic water supply needs,causing water supply problems.No longer restricts the socio-economic development of the region.
