With the acceleration of globalization,consumers are no longer satisfied with a single,popular product.For some customized products with high responsiveness(e.g.short life cycle or short delivery period),small lot demand and multi-variety,manufacturing enterprises must be able to respond quickly to market changes to meet market demand.In this case,as a new production mode,a prominent performance of seru production system is that it can respond quickly,and efficiently and flexibly meet customer needs.However,for this kind of production system with high efficiency and flexibility,most of the previous studies only focused on the maximization of production efficiency and profit,but ignored an important evaluating index-the reliability of seru production system.In this paper,the reliability of seru production under stochastic production capacity is studied.Firstly,this paper summarizes the related theories of seru production system and advantages compared with traditional production system,and introduces system reliability and factors affecting system reliability are introduced in detail,such as reworking actions of defective products,due date of orders,order allocation and stochastic capacity of workers.Due to the influence of the failure rate of equipment,and skills and the proficiency level of workers in serus,the capacity of each worker or seru is not certain but stochastic.Therefore,the problem research of reliability in this paper is based on the stochastic capacity of workers or serus.Secondly,for the problem of the reliability of a seru production system with reworking actions,it describes the problem,proposes assumptions,explains model notations and formulates a network model to calculate the reliability of seru production system.The calculation method of reliability of seru production system is designed,and the reliability of seru production system is compared with the assembly line.The result shows that the converted seru production system is reliable and slighted improved.For the problem of the reliability analysis for a divisional seru production system with stochastic capacity,the reliability is defined as the probability that a seru production system with stochastic capacity can satisfy the makespan for the demand within the due date,and the system reliability interval is estimated.A numerical example is presented to find the relevant higher reliability by comparing the results under different seru constructions.In addition,based on the characteristics that seru production is used to cope with the multi-type,small lot market demand.Reliability-oriented multi-resource allocation for seru production system with stochastic capacity is considered,a mathematical model is established to maximize the reliability of seru production system,and an efficient method of order combination optimization is designed.By using Python programming,small-scaled and largescaled examples are calculated to verify the validity of the model and the algorithm.Finally,it sums up the contents of this research and points out the limitations of this study and future research.In this paper,on the basis of the stochastic production capacity of wokers or seru systems,considering the worker’s rework actions for defective products,due date of orders,order allocations,the evaluation model of reliability for seru production system is established,which has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
