In order to explore the mechanism of improving the conversion efficiency of black water fly in treating livestock manure, the growth performance of black water fly after treating pig manure, the weight loss rate of black water fly,the digestion energy of black water fly,the change of organic matter in feces before and after the treatment of black water fly,the mineral content of feces after the treatment of black water fly,the nutritional indexes and minerals of black water fly were measured and analyzed Qualitative element. At the same time,in order to understand in detail the effect of digestive enzymes from the sources of the black water fly and the black water fly on the treatment effect in the process of the return feeding of the black water fly,the activities of four digestive enzymes, protease, amylase, cellulase and lipase, were tested by micro method by collecting the samples of the black water fly before and after the treatment and the intestinal samples of the black water fly before and after the treatment The correlation and internal relationship of digestive enzymes in insect feces. The experimental results are as follows:1.The results showed that the water content of pig manure in the experimental group was 63.39% and that in the control group was 70.77%,and that in the experimental group was 51.15% and that in the control group was 67.87%,respectively The weight loss and the rate of weight loss were 41.92% and 22.60%,respectively.The digestive energy of the experimental group and the control group were 1280.42j/g and 703.99j/g,respectively.At the age of 10,12,14 and 16 days, the difference between the control group and the experimental group was very significant(P < 0.01),which indicated that the addition of dung had a certain promoting effect on the survival rate or growth activity of the black water fly.2.The crude protein content of pig manure before and after treatment in the experimental group was 21.41% and 16.22% respectively, and that of pig manure before and after treatment in the control group was 17.88% and 13.64% respectively, indicating that there was a large amount of crude protein in the pig manure, and the content of crude protein in the pig manure was increased by the return feeding of insect manure. The content of crude fiber in the experimental group and the control group was basically the same before treatment, but the content of crude fiber in the experimental group and the control group was 23.34% and 17.81% respectively after treatment. The content of crude fiber in the experimental group and the control group increased after treatment, and the added crude fiber in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.3.The crude protein content of pig manure before and after treatment in the experimental group was 21.41% and 16.22% respectively, and that of pig manure before and after treatment in the control group was 17.88% and 13.64% respectively, indicating that there was a large amount of crude protein in the pig manure, and the content of crude protein in the pig manure was increased by the return feeding of insect manure. The content of crude fiber in the experimental group and the control group was basically the same before treatment, but the content of crude fiber in the experimental group and the control group was 23.34% and 17.81% respectively after treatment. The content of crude fiber in the experimental group and the control group increased after treatment, and the added crude fiber in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.4.There were significant differences in protease, cellulase, amylase and lipase activities between the two groups before the treatment(P < 0.05),which indicated that there were a large number of digestive enzymes in the feces, which could continue to play a role in the decomposition of macromolecular organics in the feces, which was conducive to the digestion and absorption of the black water fly;the group in the black water fly The digestive enzyme activity of the treated group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the intestinal enzyme activity of the treated group was also significantly higher than that of the control group. The results showed that: using the excrement treated by the black water fly as the auxiliary material, adding it to the excrement to treat the black water fly again, the digestive enzyme activity in the excrement was significantly improved, and the efficiency of the treatment of the black water fly was greatly improved. In the process of feeding,it was also found that adding black water fly dung to livestock manure and livestock urine could not only adjust the appropriate moisture content, but also significantly reduce the viscosity of feces, improve the air permeability, increase the growth speed, vitality and biological conversion rate of black water fly.
