Due to the scarcity of terrestrial resources, human beings are turning their attention to marine resources, making the ocean more and more important in the development of the country. For many historical reasons, the dispute over the territorial sea has continued. The countries concerned have frequently violated the rights and interests of China's territorial seas through island encroachment, oil and gas theft, illegal fishing, etc. Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a sound sea area monitoring system. Moreover,China's sea area is vast, with a coastline of 18,000 kilometers and a territorial sea area of 3.96 million square kilometers, which makes China's sea area monitoring face severe challenges. However,at present,China's marine monitoring systems are mostly single-platform operations, that is,the use of drones or satellites to perform sea area monitoring tasks alone, and it is impossible to achieve three-dimensional comprehensive monitoring of the sea area.In order to improve China's coastal defense capability and maintain sovereignty over the territorial sea,it is necessary to combine sky-based and space-based to achieve sky synergy and complementary advantages to make up for the lack of monitoring of a single platform.Supported by the National Key Research and Development Program Fund, the National Marine Technology Center led the development of the sea area monitoring system integration and application demonstration project. The sea area monitoring system consists of a comprehensive application platform,a sky collaborative task management system,a sky-based data processing platform,a sky-based perception system and a space-based perception system. This paper studies the design and implementation of the microservice-based sky collaborative maritime task management system. As the core of the sea area monitoring system, this system manages all maritime missions of the sea area monitoring system, and integrates sky-based resources to plan suitable maritime missions.Machine and satellite, realize sky coordination and solve the single problem of monitoring platform. In this paper, the maritime mission refers to the wide-area target of the South China Sea,that is,the maritime region with specified latitude and longitude. This paper designs and implements the microservice-based sky collaborative maritime task management system. The system is divided into microservice framework module and business module. The microservice framework module is based on Spring Cloud and is mainly composed of registration center, configuration center and gateway. And improve system performance through Ribbon load balancing, and improve system reliability through Hystrix fault tolerance mechanism.Business modules include task management, system management, satellite management, device management, and data management. Each management module is implemented as a microservice, and each microservice cooperates with each other to form a maritime task management system. It is finally deployed through Docker container technology. Finally, the system tests and verifies the microservice-based sky collaborative maritime task management system. The system test includes functional test and performance test. The test results show that the system realizes the predetermined function.
