The beam diffraction of electromagnetic wave is one of the important research topics in the fields of electromagnetic wave.Analyzing and solving the diffraction distribution of electromagnetic wave beams requires accurate measurement of the field intensity distribution and phase distribution of electromagnetic wave.Limited by the current level of technology,instruments that measure high-power field distribution mainly measure field intensity distribution,and rarely measure the phase distribution of electromagnetic waves.In order to obtain the phase distribution,the most common method is the phase reconstruction algorithm,which can solve the phase information based on the field intensity information.According to the electromagnetic field diffraction theory,combined with the phase reconstruction algorithm,this paper develops a set of algorithm software that can process the data of field intensity distribution from the plane wave beam.The software concludes three functions: calibrating the propagation direction through the angle correction algorithm;obtaining the phase information of the field distribution through the iterative algorithm of phase reconstruction;analyzing the content of each mode of the source structure through the vector superpositional principle.The research verifies the feasibility of the algorithm software through simulation and microwave heating-infrared measurement experiments.The model of the simulation experiment is a small aperture diffraction model established by electromagnetic simulation software.The simulation results of the modeling are imported into the developed software for calculation.The phase information obtained is compared with the mode content of the feed and the simulation results,and the phase reconstruction results The scalar fitting degree of the results reaches 98.74%,the vector fitting degree reaches96.01%,and the model content results reach 99.99%.In the microwave heating-infrared measurement experiment,an infrared instrument was used to measure the temperature field distribution of the sample heated by a microwave oven,and the data was substituted into the algorithm software to solve the problem.The scalar fit of the phase reconstruction result reached 98.12%,and the vector fit reached 96.28%.In addition,this article developed a software control program integrating point scanning,line scanning and area scanning for the microwave near-field scanning microscopy system.In order to further improve the clarity of the electrical characteristic distribution image of near-field microwave scanning,a scheme that can enhance the image quality is designed in combination with the digital image processing theory.The scheme uses point scanning to find the mapping curve,and based on the mapping curve,the blurred image Clear image,greatly improving image clarity.
