In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the high-power mid infrared laser with wavelengths around 2.94μm,mainly because of the various applications of it in many different fields,such as medical field,environmental monitoring field,military field,scientific research field,atmospheric communication field,non-metallic polymer processing field,industrial processing field and so on.Passively Q-switched fiber lasers based on PtSe2-SA and Au-NCs-SA were studied in this thesis.The main achievements are as follows(1)Experimental study of Ho3+/Pr3+co-doped ZBLAN fiber pulsed fiber laser based on a PtSe2-SABased on two 1150 nm pump sources and a Ho3+/Pr3+co-doped ZBLAN fiber with Ho3+and Pr3+doping concentrations of 3 mol.%and 0.25 mol.%,respectively.We have achieved nanosecond pulse width laser output using PtSe2 as SA.The pulse width is the narrowest of 3μm passively Q-switched laser based on two-dimensional material SAs.At the center wavelength of 2865 nm,the average output power of 92 m W,the pulse peak power of 0.63 W,the maximum repetition rate of 238.1 k Hz,corresponding to the narrowest pulse width of 620 ns were recorded.(2)Experimental study of Er3+-doped ZBLAN fiber pulsed fiber laser based on a PtSe2-SAIn order to further explore the nonlinear absorption properties of PtSe2-SA in mid-infrared band,we have also achieved a mid-infrared pulsed laser output based on a 976nm pump source,an Er3+-doped ZBLAN fiber with a doping concentration of 6 mol.%and a PtSe2-SA.At the center wavelength of 2739.0 nm,a 192 m W of average output power,a 1.08 W of pulse peak power,a 40.9 k Hz of repetition rate,corresponding to a3.60 ns of pulse width were recorded.(3)Experimental study of Er3+doped ZBLAN fiber pulsed fiber laser based on a n Au-NCs-SABased on 976 nm pump source and an Er3+-doped ZBLAN fiber with 6 mol.%Er3+doping concentration,we have achieved a mid infrared pulsed laser output using an Au-NCs-SA.When the center wavelength is 2778 nm,a repetition rate of 80.6 k Hz,corresponding to a pulse width of 1.16μs,a maximum average power of 584.6 m W,corresponding to a single pulse energy of 7.25μJ were recorded.(4)Experimental study of Er3+-doped ZBLAN fiber tunable pulsed fiber laser based on Au-NCs-SA and blazed gratingBased on an Au-NCs-SA and a blazed grating,a 976 nm pump source and an Er3+-doped ZBLAN fiber with a doping concentration of 6 mol.%.A tunable mid infrared pulsed laser is achieved,the tuning range is 57 nm(2753.0 to 2810.0 nm)...
