Probiotics can alleviate many diseases by regulating the intestinal flora, improving the bioavailability of nutrients and producing various biologically active substances.A large number of studies have shown that probiotics can reduce the residue of pesticides in animals through various mechanisms such as secreting hydrolytic enzymes, regulating intestinal flora or increasing the intestinal barrier. The use of pesticides is an important part of modern agriculture.Long-term exposure to pesticides can cause various chronic or acute health hazards.Previous studies have found that Lactobacillus plantarum P9 is a probiotic with a good degradation effect on organophosphorus pesticides, and animal experiments have found that it can alleviate the damage of phorate to Wistar rats. However, the effect of probiotics on pesticide residues in the human body is unclear.Analyzing the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum P9 on pesticide-exposed people is of great significance for further understanding of the mechanism of pesticide degradation by probiotics in the human body.In this study,70 people exposed to pesticides were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups.A 30-day intervention was conducted through Lactobacillus plantarum P9 or placebo.UPLC-MS/MS technology was used to detect pesticides and metabolites in feces, urine and blood of people exposed to pesticides at 0and 30 days, and the blood biochemical and immune indicators were determined. The main results are as follows:(1)Lactobacillus plantarum P9 can promote the excretion of dichlorvos from feces and urine, and has a tendency to promote the excretion of some pesticides from feces and urine.(2)Lactobacillus plantarum P9 can regulate the content of ALT,AST,TC and LDL-C in the human body.Compared with day 0,the content of ALT,AST,TC and LDL-C in the probiotic group decreased, while the content of ALT,AST,TC and LDL-C in the placebo group increased, indicating that Lactobacillus plantarum P9 can protect the liver.(3)Lactobacillus plantarum P9 has a regulatory effect on INF-?,IL-8,RANTES and CRP.Compared with day 0,the contents of INF-?,IL-8,RANTES and CRP in the probiotic group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the contents of INF-?,IL-8,RANTES and CRP in the placebo group did not change significantly(P>0.05),indicating that Lactobacillus plantarum P9 can reduce inflammation in the body.(4)Lactobacillus plantarum P9 can affect the content of V_C in the blood.Compared with day 0,the content of V_C in the probiotic group increased significantly(P<0.05),while the content of V_C in the placebo group did not change significantly(P>0.05),indicating that Lactobacillus plantarum P9 may increase the content of V_C.Improve the body's immunity. This study combined UPLC-MS/MS technology and biochemical immune indicators to explore the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum P9 on pesticide residues in humans. It is found that Lactobacillus plantarum P9 can protect the liver, reduce inflammation and improve immunity by affecting the metabolic level of pesticides in the human body and the content of biochemical immune indexes, thereby alleviating the harm of pesticides residues to the human body.
