Shanxi Province is located in the Loess Plateau,which is a high incidence area of geological disasters in China.Gujiao is located in the central part of Shanxi Province,with fragile ecological environment,rich mineral resources,frequent human activities damage the natural environment,which are the reasons for the frequent occurrence of various geological disasters.It is urgent to carry out geological disaster susceptibility assessment,so as to provide necessary theoretical basis for the local geological disaster prevention and spatial planning of national land.Based on the analysis of the development characteristics and influencing factors of geological disasters in Gujiao,this thesis used Information coupling with logistic regression model and random forest model to evaluate the susceptibility of geological disasters in the study area,and the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Gujiao's geological disasters are characterized by many points and large quantity,wide range,local concentration and uneven distribution.Affected by natural and human factors,the geological disasters are most distributed in the middle area with low altitude,frequent human activities,loose geotechnical structure,concentrated fault distribution and sparse surface vegetation,and also radiate outward along the traffic trunk line;(2)According to the distribution law of geological disasters in Gujiao,by calculating the information value and contribution degree of indexes,the thesis selects8 evaluation indexes from the natural factors and human activities,including the distance from residential areas,elevation,NDVI,rock soil mass types,landform,the distance from roads,the distance from faults and rainfall.All of these establish an index system for the evaluation of geological disasters susceptibility,which is suitable for Gujiao;(3)Taking 287 geological disaster point and the randomly generated non geological disaster points,which is as same number as geological disaster points as the sample data,Separately using the information coupling with logistic regression model and random forest model to carry out the research of the susceptibility of geological disasters in Gujiao.The ROC curve shows that the random forest model is more suitable in the study area,and the result of random forest model is used as the final result of geological disasters susceptibility subareas in Gujiao;(4)Accroding to the results of random forest model,the study area is divided into high,medium and low grade areas by natrual breakpoints methods.The area of high susceptibility areas is 324.0265km2,accounting for 21.43% of the whole study area,the area of medium susceptibility areas is 405.8391km2,accounting for 26.84%of the whole study area,the area of low susceptibility areas is 782.4788km2,accounting for 51.74% of the whole study area.According to the evaluation results of geological disasters susceptibility,this thesis put forward the prevention and control suggestions of regional geological disasters.36 figures,5 tables and 96 references are included in this thesis.
