The electric vehicle industry is developing rapidly,but the power battery supporting electric vehicles has a short lifespan.If the used batteries cannot be properly disposed of,it will cause harm to the environment and the safety of residents.It is necessary to establish a professional and compliant reverse logistics network to recover the used batteries of electric vehicles.However,at present,the scale of reverse logistics network specially used for recycling used batteries of electric vehicles in our country is insufficient,and the market order of recycling used batteries of electric vehicles is disordered.Therefore,the research on the reverse logistics network of used battery of electric vehicles can not only provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the reverse logistics network of used battery of electric vehicles in our country,but also provide a reference for regulating the market order.First of all,the research background and significance of the waste battery of electric vehicle are expounded.This paper analyzes the status quo of reverse logistics network design at domestic and abroad in the aspects of low carbon and used batteries of electric vehicles.This paper expounds the related theory of reverse logistics network and the basic theory of model construction,such as the extended producer responsibility system.Analyzed the current status of policies,recycling channels,network facilities and existing problems in my country's electric vehicle waste battery industry,and clarified the necessity of planning a reverse logistics network for electric vehicle waste batteries.Secondly,the uncertain factors are introduced into the model.Under the premise of fully considering the uncertainty of the recycling quantity and quality of waste batteries of electric vehicles,the carbon emissions during transportation and the carbon emissions during processing are quantified.At the same time,the total network profit and total network carbon emissions were considered,and the reverse logistics network model of the waste battery of electric vehicles was established with the uncertainty of the quantity and quality of recycling.The uncertain programming theory is used to transform the uncertain model into a fuzzy chance-constrained programming model,and the model is clarified.A model solving algorithm based on iterative local search algorithm is determined.Finally,taking Jiangsu Province as an example.The grey prediction model is used to predict the sales volume of electric vehicles in Jiangsu Province,and the market supply model A is used to predict the total amount and spatial distribution of waste batteries in electric vehicles in Jiangsu Province.Solve the model to get the results of the site selection and flow distribution of the reverse logistics network in Jiangsu Province.This verifies the feasibility of the waste battery model of electric vehicles in uncertain environments.
