Electromagnetic radiation pollution may cause health problems and electromagnetic interference,affecting people's life and the operation of electronic components and equipment.Near-field radiation detection,based on electromagnetic field probe,is an important means to prevent electromagnetic pollution and reduce electromagnetic compatibility problems.On the basis of electromagnetic radiation theory and transmission line theory,this thesis focuses on the design of electromagnetic composite probe and near-field radiation measurement,and analyzes the detection principle,spatial structure,modeling simulation,and testing methods of near-field electromagnetic probes comprehensively and concretely.A new type of electromagnetic composite probe is proposed and tested with a standard platform.Based on the field programmable gate array,a platform for data processing is designed,for verifying the probe's performance.The electromagnetic composite probe and auxiliary system proposed in this thesis can provide a certain theory,design and application reference for the research of near-field radiation probe.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:An electromagnetic composite probe is designed and manufactured,after simulation and optimization.In order to improve the detection performance of the electromagnetic composite probe and ensure efficient and stable signal transmission,the structure of the probe,coplanar waveguide feeder line,via fence,gradual change structure and short wiring are analyzed and researched respectively.In order to balance the spatial resolution and sensitivity,realize impedance matching and reduce parasitic parameters,the size and structure of each part are optimized.The electromagnetic composite probe has the characteristics of integration,miniaturization and low cost.The performance indicators and test methods of the electromagnetic composite probe is discussed,and the good performance of the probe is demonstrated by setting up a test platform.Based on the designed test system,the method and process of near-field probe performance test is discussed.The spatial resolution,sensitivity,transmission coefficient and other parameters of the electromagnetic composite probe is measured.The transmission coefficient of the probe is smooth up to 3 GHz.The spatial resolution for magnetic field detection is about 2.2 mm-3.4 mm,and for electric field detection is about2 mm-2.8 mm.Combined with standard equipment,the sensitivity can reach-7 d B?V.In order to solve the shortcomings in efficiency,cost and platform dependence of traditional PCB near-field detection,a software and hardware processing platform based on SOC + FPGA for data processing is designed.The IP integration of AD9226 is realized in hardware,and the overall design is carried out by combining FFT core,CORDIC algorithm core,BRAM core and PS core.Through the configuration,integration customization,packaging,connection and joint debugging,a hardware system is built.Based on SDK and MATLAB,a software platform is designed,and the analysis,processing,interaction and visualization of data is realized with it.
