Solar radiation can provide energy for the earth,accelerate the aging of organic materials or metal materials,and its measurement can guide agricultural production,and infer atmospheric conditions.In the "ultra high accelerated light aging test under natural environment" which is carried out by using the strong destructive force of the solar ultraviolet radiation,the measurement of solar radiation intensity,as the main index of measuring the aging degree,is of great significance to the accuracy of the results of the "ultra high accelerated light aging test in natural environment".Therefore,this thesis has carried out relevant research on solar radiation measurement,and combined with the research project of "ultra high accelerated light aging test in natural environment" which is cooperated with the fifth and ninth Institute of China weapons industry,a field solar radiation measurement system is designed.The system is designed based on STM32F103RCT6 single chip microcomputer.It consists of solar radiation sensor,signal conditioning circuit,A/D conversion circuit,wireless communication module,storage module,power conversion circuit,solar power supply module and upper computer software.It can accurately measure the solar radiation intensity in the field in real time and realize remote wireless communication.The radiation intensity measured by the system will be used as the data source for the failure analysis of the aging assessment system.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Firstly,according to the division of solar radiation band,the radiation quantity of three bands,namely ultraviolet band,infrared band and total solar radiation,is determined,and the scheme is made.(2)The solar radiation meter,as the front-end of the radiation measurement system,is designed and studied.The corresponding conditioning circuit is designed for the output analog signal,which realizes the filtering and amplification functions.(3)The minimum system,communication circuit,analog-to-digital conversion circuit and flash memory circuit are designed,which can cooperate with the data output of radiometer to collect radiation.(4)MFC interface with computer as the upper computer is designed,which can monitor the solar radiation measurement data in real time at the measurement interface,and store the radiation data in the upper computer for subsequent analysis and processing.Finally,all PCBs are welded and debugged.The system has passed the function test and can run normally.The possible errors are analyzed and the required indexes are achieved.
