The global ocean area is huge and rich in various natural resources.All countries are shifting their focus to research and explore ocean resources.China also takes the construction of a maritime power as one of its goals in its long-term development plan.Seafloor sediment is an essential part of the ocean.The detection of seafloor sediment is also an important object of marine exploration engineering,which is of great significance to seafloor mapping,resource exploration and marine national defense.In order to simulate the work of the seabed in situ observation system in the laboratory,the different penetration methods are studied,the synchronous sampling design of the sampling head is verified,and the seabed in situ observation simulation experimental platform is designed,which is built in the laboratory to complete the physical measurement,device motion state detection,motion control and acoustic instrument control functions of the experimental platform,so as to provide reference for the seabed in situ observation The control function of the observation system provides verification,and provides a test platform for in situ simulation observation of the seabed in the laboratory in the future.In this paper,the design and research of seabed in situ observation simulation experiment platform are carried out1.Design the overall scheme of hardware,motion and software unit of the system.The selection of core control board,peripheral auxiliary equipment,motor cylinder,displacement sensor and sediment temperature sensor,lower computer system and communication protocol were carried out.2.Design the motion unit of the experimental platform.According to the control and motion requirements,the servo control system is built.3.Design and develop the software unit of the experimental platform.Realize the design of the upper computer control and display interface and the logic design of the program function;it demonstrated the transplantation of the real-time system on lower computer,the flow design of the communication program,the sensor acquisition module,the motion control module and the acoustic instrument control module and the development of specific programs.4.The function verification test of the seafloor in situ observation simulation experiment platform is carried out.The test includes physical quantity acquisition,electric cylinder control,acoustic instrument control,data storage and other f unctions.Through the research,design and development,an in situ measurement platform has been built,which can measure the simulated marine environment,the different motion modes of the sampling head and the acoustic characteristics of the sediment col lected by the acoustic instrument.Through the functional test,the functions of the seafloor in situ observation simulation platform,such as observation,control and data storage,are verified.
