Study On The Application Of Automatic Investment Plan In China's Financial Market

From 2011 to 2021,Automatic investment plan of funds can achieve an annualized rate of return similar to that of real estate investment.Nowadays,under the background that housing is for living,not for speculative investment,the rate of return of AIP funds can be expected in the future.There are two types of Automatic investment plan : Regular AIP and Smart AIP.This article verifies that equal-rated investment yields a higher rate of return than a single purchase and market sentiment timing.We use the CSI 300 between 2010.3.1and 2021.3.1(000051 China CSI 300 ETF)and the CSI 500 index fund(159922Harvest CSI 500ETF)between 2013.3.1 and 2021.3.1 as examples to verify For fixed and AIP,daily AIP,weekly AIP,,the monthly AIP yields little difference.The scheduled investment of 000051 China CSI 300 ETF link has reached an annualized average return rate of about 11.2%.The AIP of 159922 Harvest CSI 500 ETF reached an annualized average yield of about 11.2%.The specific week of the weekly AIP,and the specific deduction date of the monthly AIP have little effect on the two sample funds.The mathematical model is used to analyze the calculation formula of the AIP cost and the rate of return,and it is concluded that the fund with high volatility is suitable for the AIP,and the mathematical formula is used for verification.And based on the above analysis results,it puts forward investment recommendations that are more suitable for AIP emerging industries,small and medium growth enterprise index funds than AIP large-cap blue chip index funds.Using the CSI 300 Index Fund,we compared the ordinary AIP method,the smart AIP method and the Fibonacci AIP method method,and found that the smart AIP method and the Fibonacci AIP method are stronger than the ordinary AIP method.Among them,the Fibonacci AIP method can further enhance the benefits of the smart AIP method.
