In recent years, with rapid economic development and increasingly rich human activities, trace elements(including heavy metals)enter the environmental medium in various ways and becoming more and more serious.Coal gangue is solid waste generated in the coal mining activities, not reasonable disposal of the occupation of land resources, not only after a rainfall leaching and soaking, harmful trace elements of the coal gangue weathering will also enter the surrounding soil environment, and then through surface runoff into the water environment, and in a series of physical, chemical and so on,eventually accumulate to water surface sediments, this poses a huge threat to benthic organisms. At the same time, the trace element enters the body through the food chain, eventually cause serious harm to human body health, the occupation of land resources, not only deposited in the open air under the rain washed and soaked by weathering of trace elements in coal gangue will also enter the encompassing land ground, than cause contamination, and with the surface runoff flows into the water, and through ion exchange adsorption complexation flocculation effect such as coprecipitation, for the most part eventually into the river surface sediments, which poses a great threat to benthos; This study folds crown clams and oxidation of ring screw edges as the research object,by simulating the natural environment for pond aquaculture experiment, discussed under the condition of different coal gangue/water ratio to cultivate a year later, coal gangue of folds crown clam axe foot and coat membrane and trace element content in the oxidation of ring screw gastropod edges and the impact of organizational structure The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The trace elements in coal gangue did not cause significant pollution to the sediments. After the end of the test, the contents of Cu,Zn,As,Pb and Cd in the sediments were 21.12-22.35,90.70-109.27,28.54-36.24,21.30-23.53,and 0.11-0.13mg/kg,respectively;(2)The concentration of trace elements in the mantle of C.clam was higher than that of C.axonata; The mass fraction of Cu,Zn,As and Pb in axefoot and mantle film increases significantly with the increase of gangue/water ratio(P <0.05);(3)The differences of the contents of five trace elements in the stomatopod of C.IVrupifolia were as follows: Zn>Cu>Cd>As>Pb.The contents of trace elements in the stomatopod of C.rupifolia increased with the increase of the amount of coal gangue, when the gangue dosage was 140 kg,the contents of five trace elements in the gastropod tissue of C.corusculatus were significantly different from those in the control group(pool A).When the gangue dosage was 60 Kg,the contents of Cu,Zn,As and Pb in the gastropod tissue of C.corusculatus had no significant difference from those in the cultured ponds of C group,It indicates that in the gradient of gangue dosage from 60 kg to 140 kg,the concentration of trace elements released by gangue is not enough to cause significant differences in the contents of trace elements in the gastropod tissues of C.rubifera in the two experimental groups(pool B and pool C).For trace element Cd,there is no significant difference when gangue dosage is0 kg and 60 kg,but there is significant difference when gangue dosage is 140 kg compared with pool A and pool B;(4)The coal gangue had an effect on both the axopod and the mantle tissue of C.rubra.In the axopod tissue, the epidermal folds became irregular, the subepidermal nuclei became shallow, the muscle fibers were broken obviously, and the space between muscle bundles increased; In the mantle tissue, the epithelial folds tended to be straight, the nucleus of the inner epidermis was arranged irregularly and stained in a shallow way,the muscle fibers were arranged disorderly and fractured, and the intertissue vacuoles were reduced; With the increase of coal gangue/water ratio, the lesion degree of the two kinds of tissues increased;(5)In the control group(coal gangue dosage: 0kg),there were many granule secretions under the epidermal cells of the gastropod tissue of S.cerulosa, and the muscle fibers were long and thin without obvious fracture. The muscular bundles were connected by connective tissue and were closely combined; In the treatment group(coal gangue dosage: 60kg),there were obvious irregular folds in the epidermis of the abdomens of S.cerulosus, few granular secretions under the epidermis cells,a large number of cavities between the muscle bundles, and the muscle fibers in the cavities were broken, and the combination of the muscular bundles was slightly loose; In the treatment group(coal gangue dosage 140kg),there was no complete morphology in the tissue sections of the ventral pedicle of S.cerulosus, and a large number of cavities were formed, showing the hyalinization of fibrous connective tissue. The muscle cells were edema, swelling and even rupture, free nuclei were visible, and the muscle fibers were obviously broken and slightly swollen.
