The human pulse wave signal contains a large amount of physiological and pathological information that can display various functional states of the human body.It has great practical significance and wide application value in predicting and discriminating human health and assisting diagnosis of diseases.However,the non-objective factors in the traditional pulse diagnosis process greatly hinder the mining of the value information hidden behind the pulse wave signal,which limits the relevant application range of the physiological signal.By designing a corresponding pulse wave signal acquisition and recording device,combined with a variety of effective signal characteristic analysis methods,the characteristic quantification of the pulse wave signal can be accurately and objectively realized.With the help of high-information and low-dimensional signal characteristics,it is simple and feasible to find and determine the internal correlation between the internal physiological changes of the human body and the morphological performance of the pulse wave signal,which will greatly promote the objective application of the arterial pulse wave signal.Combined with the needs of the subject,the subject mainly completed the following contents:(1)According to the needs of the subject,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,complete the formulation of the wrist radial artery pulse wave signal acquisition system.From the structural and functional requirements of the system,the pressure pulse sensor,FPC flexible circuit board,and wristband airbag are used to realize the wrist design of Pressure Sensing Device;Realize the hardware functions of the terminal pulse wave signal acquisition device from the aspects of power supply circuit,signal preprocessing,AD acquisition circuit,air pump valve control circuit,wristband air pressure detection and data communication circuit,etc;Design the main housing of the collector to realize the fixed support of the internal core circuit and components and the soft connection with the pressure sensing device;The overall design of the terminal collection device for wrist pulse wave signals has been completed.(2)Complete the function design of the embedded system of the lower computer,and realize the multi-task coordination work of each actuator of the system device;Use the One NET cloud platform to design the upper computer system function,create multi-protocol products in the platform domain,realize wireless access and data reception of terminal devices,and rely on the platform data visualization function for related application development to realize the cloud display of pulse data.(3)Preprocessing and feature analysis of pulse wave signals,using CEEMDAN(Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition With Adaptive Noise)combined with wavelet threshold filtering to perform denoising preprocessing on pulse wave signals;Starting from the intra-period and overall characteristics of the pulse wave signal,three characteristic quantification methods including space time domain,modal energy and nonlinear fuzzy entropy are used to analyze the characteristics of the signal;Design related experiments,collect pulse wave sample data in different states of the human body,perform different types of feature value calculations on sample data,compare sample feature changes,and use related features to construct sample classifiers to achieve basic classification of sample signals to verify the validity of pulse signal features,and provide a technical basis for subsequent research on the correlation between complex diseases and pulse wave signals and pulse wave assisted diagnosis of diseases.
