Automatic nucleic acid extraction systems are widely used in immunoassay,biological detection,PCR pretreatment and other fields.Its main function is to realize a small amount of three-dimensional pipetting,temperature control(refrigeration,heating)and mixing process processes.The automated nucleic acid extraction system can not only effectively improve the efficiency of scientific research,but also provide a better support platform for the timely development of medical detection and treatment.Based on this,this paper studies some key issues of nucleic acid extraction system,and implements a highly integrated,high-precision automatic nucleic acid extraction system.The main performance indicators of the automatic nucleic acid extraction system include: pipetting accuracy,mixing effect,running speed and temperature control accuracy.Based on the above indicators,the system studied the three-dimensional motion module,host computer module,communication module,pipetting module and temperature control mixing module of the nucleic acid extraction system.On this basis,the components such as sensors,motors,temperature control and controllers are selected and analyzed,and the corresponding control circuits and control algorithms are designed.It focuses on the two parts of the mixing module,one part is the rotation control circuit and algorithm,the other part is the temperature control circuit and algorithm,and the above functional modules are integrated.Finally,the thesis tested the overall performance speed,three-dimensional motion control accuracy,temperature control accuracy,heating hole temperature uniformity and mixing speed stability of the designed automatic nucleic acid extraction system.The test results were studied to analyze the reliability and stability of the nucleic acid extraction system.
