Urban street green space is an important part of the construction of urban public green space and the living environment of citizens. It has the characteristics of wide distribution and low land use rate.It is also a public place for most urban residents' daily commuting, leisure and informal communication activities. The comfortable green space can improve the environmental quality of urban life, enhance the daily communication of urban residents, and thus increase the vitality of urban public space. The quality of the local microclimate environment is an important factor affecting people's external space activities, especially in areas where the hot season lasts longer. As an important part of the urban environment, the historical block environment is one of the main places of activity for urban residents and foreign tourists. Therefore, the research on the microclimate of the street green space in the historical block is of great significance to the improvement of the urban living environment. The study can be divided into five parts. The first part is background research on microclimate and research area.By reading the literature and searching for information,we can understand the current status and related concepts of microclimate research at home and abroad,so that the author has a macro understanding of the research on this topic. The second part is the interpretation of cases related to microclimate and thermal comfort.Understanding the methods, ideas, and significance of the research on the comfort of external space played a guiding role in the research of this topic. The third part is the field investigation on the street green space in the historical district of Tianjin Wudao Avenue.Through three consecutive days of field surveys and thermal comfort questionnaire surveys,first-hand microclimate data was obtained and compared with data from the Tianjin Meteorological Station to summarize the environmental characteristics of the target study area and provide data support for subsequent software simulation studies. The fourth part is the verification of micro-climate model simulation accuracy. The microclimate software ENVI-MET V4 was used to model the study area. The simulation data obtained were compared with the measured data. Then verify the actual and simulation errors through the accuracy verification formula. The fifth part is the experimental microclimate dynamic simulation research.Summarize the above research and carry out experimental scheme design.Through micro-climate simulation analysis of different types of green space patterns, the following conclusions are summarized: 1.The stronger the air convection in the green space pattern, the more significant the cooling effect. The more complex the green space pattern, the more obvious the effect of humidification.2.The higher the canopy density of the plant community, the more obvious the humidification effect, but it also causes the wind environment to be blocked.Curved or indirect green planting can increase the internal wind speed of the site and improve the environmental heat conversion.3.Redesigning the space is the most direct and effective way to change the local environment relative to other methods.4.Small space design can increase local wind environment backflow compared with the overall space design.5.The wind effect of the building canyon can effectively guide and use the wind environment through the green space pattern.
