In order to improve the training under complex meteorology and ocean environment,how to construct a suitably complex meteorology and ocean simulation environment(MOSE)is an urgent problem to be solved.It requires the environment complexity to conform to the difficulty of training plan with a simple and flexible method to construct a dynamic and real MOSE.In this paper,the methods for environment complexity evaluation and environment modeling are comprehensively studied,and a method system of artificial construction of complex MOSE for simulation training is proposed.Firstly,this paper introduces the whole construction cycle of artificial complex MOSE,including the environment scenario construction stage,the complexity evaluation and classification stage,and the environment modeling and simulation stage.In order to effectively measure the complexity of simulation environment,the concept of MOSE complexity is defined,thus the connotation of simulation environment complexity is clarified.Based on the grey incidence analysis model and the grey clustering model,the approach for MOSE complexity evaluation and classification is proposed.The application of this method is illustrated with a training case of sea-crossing and island-landing.In order to simplify the construction method of simulation environment and build a real and dynamic simulation environment,combined with the requirement of the simulation environment construction method in simulation training,a method of artificial construction of complex MOSE is proposed on the basis of existing methods of meteorology and ocean environment modeling.The artificial construction framework and simulation process are presented in detail,and an ESI-based MOSE entity model framework is proposed.Scenario construction methods for the STL-based climatology background model and the numerical-modeling-based complex phenomena model are designed,respectively.Based on above research,the MOSE is simulated and realized.
