Now that the development of the petroleum industry has entered the middle and late stages,most of the oil and gas have been exploited,and there is an urgent need to explore new oil and gas deposits.Research has found that there are more and more oil and gas deposits in thin sand-shale interbedded reservoirs.This thin sand-shale interbedded reservoir shows geoelectric characteristics of low horizontal resistance and high vertical resistance.In actual detection,it is necessary to consider the anisotropy of the formation.In traditional electromagnetic logging,since the logging tool only has a unidirectional coil system along the axis,it can only detect the horizontal resistivity.Detecting the vertical resistivity,so that accurate underground information can not be obtained to evaluate the thin interbed of sand and mudstone,leading to wrong estimation of oil and gas.In order to solve the abovementioned problems faced in oil and gas exploration,researchers have proposed a threecomponent logging method.In this paper,by comparing conventional transient electromagnetic logging tools with three-component transient electromagnetic logging tools,it is concluded that the threecomponent transient electromagnetic logging tools can measure both horizontal resistivity and vertical resistivity,and The combination of its nine components can better analyze its response law.This paper compares the transient electromagnetic field response calculated by the transmission line equivalent method with the magnetic field response calculated by Zhdanov et al.It is concluded that the method used in this paper is accurate and can be used for forward simulation.Then in the case of vertical wells and inclined wells,different conductivity models are set up for simulation calculations,and it is concluded that the components received by the z-axis emission and z-axis can only reflect the change law of horizontal conductivity,and the other components are horizontal conductivity.It is a comprehensive manifestation of vertical conductivity,and the response of the nine components has a good layering ability to the formation;different inclination angles,each component has different changing rules,these changing rules are the integration of the formation conductivity and the inclination angle reflect.
