Spatial analysis have always been hot research topics.Researchers have proposed a large number of solutions to various problems encountered in the process of spatial analysis and spatio-temporal analysis.Spatial data usually contains location information and attribute information of interest.Spatial data analysis is the process of extracting or creating a new set of information about geographic features to perform routine inspection, evaluation, analysis,or modeling of data in a geographic area.Establishing a spatial analysis model for spatial data can help to enhance the ability to estimate and predict spatial data, and improve the interpretability and understanding of the data. This paper studies regression model of the lattice data, regression model of the geographic statistics data, and regression model of the point pattern data. The Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation is used to calculate the three models to obtain the posterior distribution and the posterior mean of each parameter. The burglary case data set,the burglary case data set and the PM2.5 data set were used for experiments and result analysis. The strategy adopted by these three types of models is to ignore the existence of barriers or treat multiple types of barriers as the same type to establish a spatial model, which is quite different from the actual scene. This paper promotes the Barrier model in combination with practical application scenarios, and proposes a Multi-Barriers Model. This model divides the research area into multiple barriers and common research areas, and specifies different areas for different research areas. The threshold of the threshold is used to control the degree of obstruction of the spatial point correlation in barriers, and then multiple gaussian fields are constructed, and the continuous gaussian field is represented by the stochastic partial differential equation(SPDE),and a spatial regression model is established. Finally, the posterior mean and posterior parameters of each parameter in the model are calculated based on the method of Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation. The experiment proves that the model in this paper can establish a spatial model for multiple types of barriers without increasing the complexity of the model,so that the spatial model is closer to the real scene and more interpretable.
