Bacteria are closely related to human life and health, and humans began to do a lot of research on them centuries ago. Here,we have selected the simplest single cell prokaryote,E.coli,as the model organism.E.coli has the characteristics of fast reproduction speed, simple structure, and convenient cultivation, which makes it the first choice for our research.E.coli is also able to respond to changes in the external environment. In order to understand this change,we have established a diet pattern of two meals a day to understand how nutrition affects cell growth.Through real-time monitoring of the growth OD value of E.coli for five consecutive days,we found that it had a certain growth law in LB culture for five consecutive days. The structure and behavior of E.coli is simple and complex.Flagellar motors that grow around the cell body provide an important basis for the survival of bacteria.E.coli motility is constantly adjusted in a complex and changing environment. In the presence of external stimuli.E.coli responds and moves differently, which is chemotactic behavior. In conclusion, this paper discussed and summarized the relationship between the growth and movement of Escherichia coli in five days of standing culture,so as to develop new therapeutic drugs for clinical research. In the experiment,we treated the flagella of Escherichia coli, made it shorter,added0.5 um latex ball, and labeled it on the flagella of Escherichia coli.Under the open-field microscope device,we observed and recorded the change of the s-peed of Escherichia coli flagella motor in LB culture after five consecutive days of standing. We then used the basic method of signal processing and mathematical physical models to explain this speed difference, and expounded the effect offive consecutive days of standing LB culture on the movement of E.coli.In short, this article discusses and summarizes the relationship between the growth and movement of E.coli for five consecutive days of static culture. The pathogenicity of E.coli and other types of bacteria is closely related to the movement and chemotactic behavior of flagellar motors. Therefore, research on the motility and chemotaxis of E.coli can help people develop new therapeutic drugs in clinical research.
