In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of rod-like metal objects penetrating the body.Metal foreign bodies penetrating into human body seriously affect the transport and rescue of the wounded,so how to quickly and safely cut off the metal foreign bodies is a prerequisite for the timely treatment of the wounded.When such accidents happen,they are usually accompanied by chaotic scene and narrow rescue space.Traditional demolition equipment in the face of narrow space penetration into the human body metal foreign body cutting rescue,it is difficult to display,the human body disturbance and other disadvantages.Therefore,it is particularly important to study a kind of high efficiency and low disturbance rescue technology applied in this kind of accident rescue.The minimally invasive rescue technique of vibration milling based on vibration cutting proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problems encountered in the rescue of existing demolition equipment.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Modeling and analysis were conducted on the rescue process of penetrating metal foreign body into human body,and the factors affecting the introduction of metal foreign body into human body were clarified.Based on the analysis of the difference between vibration milling and common cutting,the feasibility and superiority of vibration milling and cutting technology in the rescue of penetrating human body metal foreign body are theoretically verified.2.A vibration motor was installed on an ordinary grinding wheel cutting machine to conduct pre-cutting experiments with low-frequency vibration,which qualitatively verified the advantages of vibration cutting technology.On the basis of pre-experiment,an experimental platform was built to realize the low-frequency vibration assisted cutting grinding,and its dynamic characteristics were tested and analyzed.3.Through the analysis of the system acceleration signal and displacement signal,the range of the system's stable vibration cutting is determined;The effects of grinding wheel speed,feed force and cutting form on cutting efficiency and tool wear were studied by vibration grinding experiment.Under the same feed force,improve the cutting ability of grinding wheel.By testing the cutting force and analyzing the frequency spectrum,it is determined that the pulsed cutting force can be formed by vibration cutting.4.The elastic clamping system was constructed to analyze the disturbance signal to human body in the actual rescue process of metal foreign body cutting.Through comparative experiments,it is verified that the vibration grinding and cutting rescue technology has low disturbance in the process of penetrating human body metal foreign body rescue.
